Pentacare care for my dad on the weekends and they are all such lovely carers. They are friendly and chatty and treat Dad with respect. Very efficient and conscientious but always have time to talk to Dad and are never rushed. They always ask if there is anything else they can help with before they leave. I'm so pleased with the care Dad receives from all the carers.

PentaCare is amazing. They have been caring for my mother four times a day for some time now. Their kindness and attention to detail are exceptional. Toni, the manager at the Bury St Edmunds branch of PentaCare, is brilliant. If there are any concerns or queries, she addresses them while liaising with the family. Excellent service from PentaCare compared to other agencies used. Acted very quickly when live-in was required at short notice. Although apprehensive about live-in care there was no need as the carers were professional and understood what was required.

The team at Pentacare Bury St Edmunds provided in-home care to an elderly lady. Communication with them was first class and the carers provided a responsible and caring attitude at all times, the lady concerned was always pleased to see them and welcomed them into her home.
Everything done very well, excellent care.
