I cannot express how glad I am that I came across these wonderful people! My mum is so happy with her visits from Anne and really looks forward to them. She is treated respectfully, patiently and kindly. Communication has always been excellent from the first contact with great friendly staff. Lovely
company who genuinely do care for the client's needs.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for domestic care!

We've been incredibly happy with the service from Pentacare right from the word go. Great care was taken over the initial assessment and the carer provided couldn't have been better. She has been warm, friendly, tolerant of my mother's dog, efficient and knowledgeable about all care needs. I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a top class carer.

They provided the urgent care that we required and it was all put in place quickly and professionally. Can't fault them at all. We now have the perfect ongoing care package that we require. Flexible, helpful and above all caring. They go above and beyond expectations.

We have been beyond thrilled with the service we have received from Pentacare. It is always a last resort to let a stranger in to care for a loved one and the care, attention to detail and overall quality of staff provision, knowledge and the extraordinary personalised care plan that has been created
specifically for my Grandmother has made her recent health and mobility declines so much more manageable for our family. We can not thank their team enough for going the extra mile and treating My Grandmother with such kindness and dignity.

I have found good value for money. Staff have been very good regarding care in all duties, on time for appointment. Made sure everything was done before leaving.
