Overall Experience

The carers are friendly caring, conciderate. They sometimes go beyond their remit on my behalf. The carers make me feel safe and secure and comfortable. I always appreciate all the carers do and thank them. I would recomend Pentacare to others Simon is a genuine, truthful and kind manager.

Overall Experience
PentaCare have provided invaluable support to our elderly father since he returned home after a lengthy hospital stay. The care initially arranged for him had proved unsatisfactory, but from the outset PentaCare took time to understand a difficult and changing situation and provide the reliable, flexible support he needed.
Our father was physically weaker, more confused and struggling to adjust to being home. Fiercely independent, he has been reluctant and at times resistant to accepting help. The carers have handled this with great patience, kindness and sensitivity, building his trust while respecting his dignity and independence.
Communication has been excellent. We can see the outcome of each visit almost immediately, which is enormously reassuring.

PentaCare's support has helped our father recover well and remain safely in the flat he loves so much. We are extremely grateful to the whole team and would recommend them without hesitation.

Overall Experience
In the short time that we have been using the services of Pentacare we have been impressed by the level of care and concern for my parents. The team have been sympathetic and sensitive to the issues they have and have offered helpful advice and suggestions as to how address them.

They practice quick and efficient communication.

PentaCare are our domestic care provider and have given my adult daughter some personal care too. They have been so kind, caring and understanding of our situation and done as much as possible to support us through a time of crisis. We're so grateful for the compassion they have shown us.

My mother was diagnosed with heart failure. For the last six weeks of her life she became confined to her bed due to fraility. I needed help to care for her. I came across Pentacare a local company. Having met Simon the manager I decided to use that company. He values the team on continuity of care. Mum only ever had Sommer and Tanya, who were delightful and engaged with mum with dignity and humour. I would highly recommend Pentacare to any family in the same situation as myself.

Simon and his team looked after my father in the last months of his life and I couldn't of asked for anymore from the care he received. Everyone involved was nothing less than kind, compassionate and professional. Can't fault the service in any way.

I cannot express how glad I am that I came across these wonderful people! My mum is so happy with her visits from Anne and really looks forward to them. She is treated respectfully, patiently and kindly. Communication has always been excellent from the first contact with great friendly staff. Lovely company who genuinely do care for the client's needs.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for domestic care!

We've been incredibly happy with the service from Pentacare right from the word go. Great care was taken over the initial assessment and the carer provided couldn't have been better. She has been warm, friendly, tolerant of my mother's dog, efficient and knowledgeable about all care needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a top class carer.

We have been beyond thrilled with the service we have received from Pentacare. It is always a last resort to let a stranger in to care for a loved one and the care, attention to detail and overall quality of staff provision, knowledge and the extraordinary personalised care plan that has been created specifically for my Grandmother has made her recent health and mobility declines so much more manageable for our family. We can not thank their team enough for going the extra mile and treating My Grandmother with such kindness and dignity.
