Eidyn Care provide a high level of care to both my parents. The carers are professional, caring and always willing to help, and the admin staff are always quick to reply and sort any requirements, even if it's last minute. Communication is also excellent. I would highly recommend this fantastic care
provider, and I don't know what we'd do without them.

My wife has received care from Eidyn Care for over seven years. In all this time the quality and standard of care has been excellent and the staff providing the care have always maintained a highly professional, cheerful and literally caring service. We regard visits by carers as part of an ongoing
friendship where mutual interest in families, holidays, music and so on can be enjoyed. If asked we would not hesitate to highly recommend Eidyn Care.

Carers and administrative staff are all fantastic, caring, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Eidyn were recommended to me and I would recommend them also. They have been an invaluable support over the last few years to my dad but also to me.

Excellent service for my sister who has MS and is wheelchair-bound. Carer takes her out once a week, she looks forward to it so much as some weeks that's her only outing. Every week she tells me how much she's enjoyed herself.

Great care. I have been with them for over 5 years and wouldn't go elsewhere. Probably the best care company in Edinburgh. Good training, clearly. Carers are ultra-reliable and never don't turn up unexpectedly.

We discovered Eidyn Care in August 2019, and simply haven’t looked back! They are the best care company that I know of. All the girls are extremely kind, caring, honest, helpful, and reliable. With the onset of Covid recently, the management team have been excellent. It has been very useful to receive
updates and know of the constant changes that were needed.
My Mum is very happy with all the girls and knows that she is extremely fortunate to have their assistance. We, as a family also feel very blessed, as it is enabling Mum to remain in her own home. Thank you Eidyn Care.

I’m very happy to say that the standards of Eidyn Care have remained consistently high. The year has been particularly difficult under the circumstances of the COVID virus for the carers and all credit must go to them. They never faulted with the care and compassion.

Eidyn Care has provided exceptional care for my sister-in-law, who lives alone and needs 24-hour care. The carers work together as a team to ensure her needs are met and to provide a range of stimulating activities. They have been able to adapt very quickly to her changing care needs, and the family
feel very much supported. For example, they have arranged care at short notice where family illness has meant extra cover was needed. Communication is excellent, and we know that we can easily contact them if needed. Their management of the Covid situation has been excellent with cover continuing throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I know when I'm out and about, my husband is well cared for. He enjoys being taken out by the carers for his hot chocolate. So far, we have met five carers, all bringing the same level of care. I come home to find lots of wee jobs done, carpets vacuumed, washing machine on, dishwasher emptied, and a
content husband.

During the Pandemic, it has been a lifeline for my mother to have carers from Eidyn Care. We live around 90 minutes away and supporting mum daily would be challenging, particularly as my husband is going through cancer treatment. On the occasions when we have met with carers, usually when delivering
meals for mum, we've both been extremely impressed by their care and professionalism.
My mother very much enjoys the company of the carers and the support they provide. It gives her a focus and also a 'raison d'etre.' It's encouraging to hear that they are supporting mum leaving her flat for short walks.

We are very pleased with the service being provided for our mother by the staff at Eidyn care. My mother in law (MIL) was very reluctant to accept she needed help or in her mind have strangers in the house. But when Eidyn care came to visit her and introduced the member of staff being allocated to visiting
her, she reluctantly agreed to give it a try. Here we are almost a year later and she wouldn't be without them. The fact she gets the same person visiting every day for a full hour has made such a difference, she now looks forward to the visits. For us, it gives us peace of mind, we know she is getting a home-cooked meal daily, and small cleaning tasks around the home are being attended to.

Health and Social Care introduced our client to Eidyn Care, she and her husband had initially been reluctant to accept support, as they had, had a poor experience previously. However from the initial assessment visit Eidyn Care have been superb, they put the client at ease, respectfully listened to
what she had to say and answered all her questions, no matter how "silly" they seemed. Also, Eidyn Care understand the importance of consistency of carers and make every effort to ensure that the same small group of carers provide the support. Our client has got to know her carers, who have all been caring and kind, often going above and beyond what was required. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Eidyn Care have positively changed our client's life.
