The service provided to my wife is twice a day morning and night. Wash and dress. The staff that come are professional, friendly and attentive. The company has been looking after my wife for over a year and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Coming home from the Hospital had 6 weeks of carers. Then my family felt I needed 1 morning carer to check on me to be done. I have 30 minutes each morning. "Everyone" is very good, helpful, always happy and cheerful.

I've had reliance community care assist me since February 2024 and all the carers that attend are professional, trustworthy and friendly. We have a nervous dog, but he feels relaxed around them. They go above and beyond to help you.

Our father was not looking forward to requiring care but Reliance have been so understanding and made the experience easy for him. All the carers have been professional caring and courteous and our father holds them all in high regard. In every aspect from the very first contact their employees have
explained everything carefully and ensured our father was fully comfortable with all processes in the experience. In a field with a variety of levels of quality our experience of Reliance would put them in the very top bracket. Even with rapidly changing circumstances they have always responded extremely quickly to ensure they can meet any new requirements. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

"Our son has severe Autism, OCD, and LD. He was sent out of the area into a residential placement from age 11-19. He then moved into supported living, then residential.
He had to leave his residential placement to come home for two years.
In that time we got him his own home (housing association)

and he was under two different providers.
This didn't work out, so Reliance stepped in. We have to say this has been the best provider our son has had. The team working with him and treats him like their own. He is respected, and lives his life to his best capacity. He is involved in many activities, which is really good. He is a lot calmer and is doing well.
They understand his needs, and communication is great.
Our son is the main priority throughout which is excellent, and we can feel at ease knowing he is safe and looked after well.
Reliance are open and honest. They are keen to hear our views, and answer promptly.
I would highly recommend"
