Mums cares are thoughtful, kind and helpful.They know here and talk to her like old friends. They are good with her routine, sometimes a little prompt is required with some aspects that are unfamiliar with newer carers. Mum appreciates what they do for her even letting the dogs out a lunch time and
monitoring they so they don' t 'wander' too far.

Having a team who sincerely cared for all of us as a family during our difficult time made all the difference. There is comfort knowing the carers who so professionally and

The service provided to my wife is twice a day morning and night. Wash and dress. The staff that come are professional, friendly and attentive. The company has been looking after my wife for over a year and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

We are on the whole very pleased with the care given. The cares are very polite, genuine ladies and treat my mum with the utmost respect and dignity. The only fault we can find is that there appears to be a lack of communication between the various bodies that look after her ie. OT - District Nurse.
The is has led to delays in being allowed to use equipment provided as the carers were not given permission (hoist) my mum who has been bed ridden since January 2025 and has been out of bed three times at the most.

We understand how frustrating this can be for families, and we will continue to do our best to work closely with other professionals to reduce delays wherever possible. Coming home from the Hospital had 6 weeks of carers. Then my family felt I needed 1 morning carer to check on me to be done. I have 30 minutes each morning. "Everyone" is very good, helpful, always happy and cheerful.

I've had reliance community care assist me since February 2024 and all the carers that attend are professional, trustworthy and friendly. We have a nervous dog, but he feels relaxed around them. They go above and beyond to help you.

Our father was not looking forward to requiring care but Reliance have been so understanding and made the experience easy for him. All the carers have been professional caring and courteous and our father holds them all in high regard. In every aspect from the very first contact their employees have
explained everything carefully and ensured our father was fully comfortable with all processes in the experience. In a field with a variety of levels of quality our experience of Reliance would put them in the very top bracket. Even with rapidly changing circumstances they have always responded extremely quickly to ensure they can meet any new requirements. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.
