I find the staff pleasant and obliging. They are usually on time and smartly dressed. They do their job efficiently.
In this last month, I have been quite ill and must say my carers have been great making sure I take all the necessary medication etc. Overall my carers are good and polite and caring.
We are extremely lucky to have a regular carer in the morning that gives my husband confidence and a safe feeling. Evening carers vary but after a few visits the trust is there. All care is given as per the support plan which gives me the confidence all is well. Any concerns are reported to me as carer, so action can be actioned if necessary.
The staff are very polite and I am happy with the service.
Everyone is kind and helpful.
Staff are always friendly, professional, thoughtful. Smart appearance. Reliable with visits. If any concerns they always contact my daughter. Respectful of my privacy, personal and general. Thank you.
Since being with this company from December 2018, we are happy with the care provided. All staff have been courteous throughout and always treated mum with dignity. The vast majority of staff have always offered to help with things in the house that needed doing, like washing up and emptying bits for her.
So now quite used to it.
Happy with service. If a carer is late I am informed. Reliable service, 7 days a week!
Very helpful and informative to the family. Explained to my mother carefully and kindly in language she could appreciate. Visits and medication is given regularly. Incontinence pads cleaned. Food and washing up given and sorted. Thank you.
I enjoy the visits from the carers which help me get the day started in a relaxed manner and my family are reassured that they would be contacted if there were a problem.
My wife and I have always found the staff of A1 Home Care Ltd to be extremely courteous and helpful and respectful of our caring requirements.
Arrive on time. Excellent care who will do anything on request.
On the whole, the service provided has been good and carers have been arriving at regular times. The only poor care has been when the clearing up has not been done.
Very pleased with the service and care given to my husband. The carers always arrive at the expected time and all very professional. It is so good to have the communication book to see what was carried out whilst in our home on each visit.
Very good. I only have a person come in once a week to do the cleaning.
A very difficult and distressing time for my husband. A1 Home Care Ltd provided extremely efficient and sympathetic assistance just when it was most needed.
Jan/Feb/March with the snow and icy conditions the carers were great and getting to me on time.
My first experience with a care agency for my mother and I was determined to get it right. Once the agency, carers and our family had established the most appropriate care and it may take a little time to get to know the required needs, it turned out to be excellent. I have found the carers are friendly, respectful and conscientious. Most of them go that 'extra mile' to ensure it is a service with dignity. Carers have achieved an excellent routine and there always seems to be a lot of friendly laughter and banter, which is an added bonus for my mother who is struggling with her disability. My husband and I have my mother live with us and we now have confidence that she is in safe, considerate hands when we are not at home. Should we have any queries or problems the management deal with matters very promptly. The needs of the cared for person change with time and this agency has adapted to my mother's needs. If you let the management know what is needed, I feel they will do their utmost to comply.
Satisfactory.
