The hole team from ascot care have been nothing but excellent they have been very professional in all the medical and care side of looking after my farther this past two years they were all ways flexible with visits and totally respected my father's wishes , the hole team were always friendly and very helpful and took time with not only my farther but the rest of the family too I can not thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend Ascot Care to any one needing a care package

I am very grateful for the fantastic care that Ascot Care provided for both of my parents over a period of several years. The carers have been kind, friendly and respectful and always brightened up my parents days. The team genuinely care about the people they are looking after. They are very good at covering any shifts during absences and I can't ever recall an instance of a visit being missed.
The carers have been proactive about making suggestions and flagging up any concerns. The manager and office team have been very good at responding to any queries and keeping us informed and were very responsive at putting some extra care in place at very short notice during a difficult time which was hugely appreciated.
I would be very happy to recommend Ascot Care.

We have worked with Ascot Care since 2018. They have provided excellent home care for our elderly father during this time. For years with just 2 hours domiciliary/week increasing proportionately as more care was required to 2-3 visits per day and ultimately to live-in care prior to the nursing home. We have really appreciated their services, their friendly staff and most of all their warm, consistent approach, quality meal preparation and essential communication for our Dad. Staff at all levels have gone the country mile to assist him and us. Thanks to their care Dad has been able to continue at home living independently for over 7 years. This wouldn't have been possible without their services. The manager has patiently discussed next steps with us and sourced all sorts of help with each challenge faced. Our first meeting with the director was a game-changer and her empathy was immense. This deep rooted sensitivity is rooted throughout their services and stems from outstanding nursing experience.

We have been using Ascot Care for two years now. Everyone is very helpful, from the office staff to the carers. Communication is very good and nothing is too much trouble. Having used two other companies in the past for my husband's care I can highly recommend Ascot Care.

The management team and staff at Ascot Care were excellent in assessing my father's requirements and helpful and considerate. However, the carer was uncommunicative with my father during their stay and lacked social skills. However, they provided adequate and professional care in terms of his needs.
During this period, we found Ascot Care to be very reliable. They offered my father flexibility too, such as when he went abroad and did not need a carer. One was then made available for him within a day or two of his return.
The carers were mostly from Eastern Europe. My father found some easier to communicate with than others, however they were all honest and tried their best for him.

None of us had any previous experience of personal care until my father needed it. The management and the team proved to be invaluable with the compassionate approach to help us figure out a way to give Dad all that he needed. By mutual agreement, we came up with a plan which enlisted the services of our private carer, live-in care from Ascot and weekend breaks for the live-in carers from the local agency. This worked well until our private carer became overwhelmed so we had to change to 2 live-in carers from Ascot Care. Then we changed again to include a night carer, which happened to coincide exactly with Dad's passing. All behaved professionally and helped Mum and the family cope.
One thing we took a while to understand was the expense and preparation of meals for the carers which fell to Mum and the family to organise and cook as it would have been impossible for them to do this as well.
Having used Ascot Care for over two years for live-in care for my mum I cannot recommend highly enough the company. The live-in carers are exceptional giving compassion and respect to a dementia patient attending to all physical and mental needs along the journey allowing us to enable Mum to remain in her home until the end. Fulfilling all duties and beyond showing total respect for the home and culinary delights conjured up to entice Mum to eat. The office staff are open and willing to discuss at all times any problems or ideas. It was definitely the best decision we made in contacting them to help home care and I will always be grateful.
We used a live in carer in order for my husband and I to have a holiday. We booked 10 days care for a weeks holiday, that way we overlapped the care at the beginning as we had no idea what to expect and Mum was understandably nervous. But what a lovely experience, the carer that came was so friendly but also respectful and professional, she was part of the family by the time she left. I can’t express how much it helped me going away without worry or guilt of leaving. Mum was safe and happy.
It takes a while to adjust to live in carers. Once adjusted we have been very happy with the carers, who are both excellent. Their care standards are high and interactions with my husband are warm, caring and patient. The management are very supportive and maintain regular contact with the carers and with us.
We can not fault Ascot Care, the care my mother receives is excellent. So impressed with the service that I recommended them to my in-laws and they are now clients too. Well done Ascot.
The office staff are always a friendly voice when you phone and are extremely helpful and professional. They have always responded quickly and with a good solution should we call with a request for any additional support. Thank you and keep up the good work.
All staff are reliable and friendly. Care workers are conscientious. They arrive on time and stay the allotted time. Any concerns are easy to discuss with Head Office staff and they will work to find the best solutions. They have made my life easier and taken some of the stress away.
All shopping is cared for and personal needs are when required. All work with a smile while sensitive to personal needs. Always welcoming to make a cup of tea and slice of cake or biscuit. Very much appreciated.
From our initial contact with Ascot Care until today, the service we have received has been faultless. We have only had one carer so far and so as a family are new to the process. This said the carers that have been matched to my father-in-law have provided kind, compassionate person-centred care in his home. We could not have asked for more.
The office staff are also brilliant. They communicate changes, let you know if anything is needed and work with the client to provide the best care possible.

Lagin Riecker is our Registered Manager. He is responsible for overseeing all the care delivered and is responsible for all aspects of Business Development & Finance.
Lagin Has a lot of involvement in New Client onboarding & New Care Worker Recruitment. Lagin joined the team in 2017.
Jess Ames is our Senior Care Coordinator. She is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of rotas and staff management. Jess originally started as a Domiciliary Care Worker and has gained extensive knowledge of the intricacies of providing care for people. She joined the team in 2017.
Betsy Barlow is one of our Care Coordinators. Betsy is responsible for processing the Domiciliary Care rota and all aspects of staff liaison. She has years of experience in Domiciliary Care and has gained a great understanding of practical care delivery. Betsy joined the team in 2022.
Birgit Clifford is our Financial Administrator. Birgit is responsible for processing & overseeing the payroll & invoicing on a monthly basis.
She is our first port of call for invoicing & payroll queries. Birgit has a wealth of experience in Financial Administration. She joined the team in 2016.
David Platts is our Field Care Supervisor. He is responsible for spot checks on staff in the field and overseeing training & staff reviews. David has been an incredibly dedicated member of our team and has gained unrivalled knowledge of providing Care. He joined the team in 2010.
