Ascot Care is an established Live-in and Domiciliary care provider serving Sussex and Surrey with offices in Horsham, Cranleigh, Dorking & Haywards Heath.

Staff take great pride in providing person-centred care and support for adults over the age of 18.

The vision is to support clients to enable them to maintain a happy, independent and fulfilled life in the comfort and safety of the client's home.

The care team works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s individuality, privacy and dignity are respected at all times. Each client has an individual care plan tailored to their specific needs and a risk assessment is carried out prior to care and support commencing.

The highly trained and experienced management team and care workers operate closely as a team and are dedicated to the wellbeing of their clients. In this regard, clients are treated with kindness, empathy, compassion, understanding and respect.

Carers and support workers are handpicked to ensure that clients are in the best possible hands. All staff are Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checked.

Ascot Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

I have used this service since May 2018. Because of my condition and treatment, my needs have fluctuated over the months and the agency staff have always been very adaptable.
All the carers have been pleasant, willing, cheerful and helpful when visiting.
The office staff I have dealt with have also
been helpful and courteous.
As I expect my needs to increase with the passage of time, I have complete confidence in the ability of all agency staff to take care of me compassionately.

Ascot Care provided cover during my 12 months wait for a left hip operation on 4/5/15 and since then but no longer on a daily basis of 45 minutes. They have provided transport and care to and from many hospital, GP and dental appointment and support and care in my home.

Having used Ascot Care for a number of years I simply cannot fault them. Their commitment and dedication to my nephew and us as a family has, at times, been well and above the call of duty. We as a family have been through some very difficult and frustrating times and Ascot Care have always been there
for us. The staff are pleasant, friendly, approachable, always have time to listen and have just been our lifeline over the years. They provide an excellent, high standard and professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ascot Care to anyone who needs this service and cannot thank them enough for their past and continued help to us.

Ascot Care looked after my dad for four and a half years until his death in December 2017. We have always been extremely happy with the care he has received. Googled Care Companies based in Horsham and struck lucky with Ascot Care. My husband was discharged from hospital after seven weeks as a patient. Three weeks with Ascot Care has made a huge difference to my husband's recovery. The Carers are punctual, friendly, kind and helpful and adjust to clients
needs. Management keep a close eye on standard of carers and can be easily contacted by phone or email.

Ascot Care Ltd consistently send friendly, professional carers who even go beyond the call of duty on occasion. I usually use them to fill in for my disabled daughter's Pa's (direct payments) when on holiday/sick leave and they support her at her day centre. My daughter loves the carers Ascot Care Ltd
send and they all seem to be natural at relating to persons with learning disabilities too. I highly recommend Ascot Care Ltd.

Mum is able to stay in her own home because of the care supplied by Ascot Care Ltd. She sees/has seen several different staff who are always pleasant, patient, cheerful and helpful. They are good timekeepers but will not leave a client in distress. A particularly valuable quality is initiative. The
staff are very good at noticing what needs doing and also extra ways in which the client could benefit. A valuable extra service involves taking clients to appointments, staying with them and keeping track of appointments.

Ascot care provides a carer/companion for my dementia-suffering wife for 6 hours per week. The initial assessment process was thorough and professional and the carer provided is well matched to my wife's requirements and is well trained.
