Mum is able to stay in her own home because of the care supplied by Ascot Care Ltd. She sees/has seen several different staff who are always pleasant, patient, cheerful and helpful. They are good timekeepers but will not leave a client in distress. A particularly valuable quality is initiative. The staff are very good at noticing what needs doing and also extra ways in which the client could benefit. A valuable extra service involves taking clients to appointments, staying with them and keeping track of appointments.
The management of the agency is approachable and appears to be both effective and efficient.
I have used this care agency for the past three years. I have nothing but praise for this agency. They are very professional. The carers are very kind and helpful. They have looked after me extremely well. I have no complaints.
Very helpful and always there when any issues or concerns arise, trustworthy also, one of the best carers we have used.
We would like to put on record the excellent care Ascot Care Ltd have afforded my mother over the years and especially in the last months of her life. Nothing was too much trouble for her well being. All the carers were good and we would like to give a special thank you to mums primary carer who classed mum as a good friend. Thank you for all that you did when caring for Mum.
Just knowing your company was supporting my parents made my life bearable at what was a very difficult time for us all.
I wanted to pass on my thanks to all the team that supported my parents and my special thanks to you all for going the extra mile. My father so enjoyed the tea dances even though we never knew he could dance!
We have Power of Attorney for several clients and use Ascot because they are approachable, flexible, reliable and do not have a high turnover of staff. I am able to contact Ascot by phone and email easily and they are very helpful and efficient.
The carers are kind, compassionate and trustworthy and our Clients are happy that the care they receive helps them to feel respected and able to live their lives in their own home with the stress taken from them.
I would recommend Ascot, they aren't just a business, they genuinely get to know and care for their Clients.
All the carers who have looked after my husband have been great. I was really worried leaving him while I went to Dorset for the wedding but it all worked out brilliantly and I will have no hesitation in planning another break away.
I have already recommended your agency to others looking for care.
Ascot care looked after my 96 year old mother after she was discharged from hospital following a broken hip. The care was excellent, they were punctual and always left concise notes so that we could see what was happening. I would recommend this service to anyone. Whence fell in Sainsbury's and had a stroke they helped us through a difficult time by looking for her.
Ascot Care have helped me remain independent in my own house since my husband died. I enjoy all my carers visiting and look forward to their arrival each day.
Dear Ascot Care ... I just wanted to say thanks to you and the team for your flexibility in arranging for Mum at short notice so she could be discharged from hospital and recover at home. We know we can come back to you if she needs help in the future !
