This company has failed my brother with his care needs, an absolute joke. Carers clearly have not been trained to a satisfactory standard. Cannot cook or clean properly and leave the client poorly treated.

Astra Care Services provided care for my father for a number of years.Having tried a couple of other care services we were unable to find the correct level of care to my father's needs and also finding the right carers that he warmed too whilst he was ill. We found management and carers extremely accommodating when we needed to adjust the level of care for my father as his illness progressed.We always found the staff friendly, professional and always showed compassion and empathy towards not only us but also our father towards the final stages of his illness.I always felt at ease knowing that he would be taken care of when I was not around and they kept me informed if there was the slightest concern.I would highly recommend Astra Care to anyone who is looking for services for their mother, father, sister or any relative that needs tailored care. The carers may I add made my father's last days as comfortable as possible and I would recommend them for anyone seeking home care.

Astra Care really does care. I had total peace of mind with the level of care my father recieved. His carers built trust and became like part of the family, being house-bound sometimes they were the only people he saw in a day. My dad wouldnt have been able to stay in his home without the amazing carers. Reliable and able to manage a very diffcult poorly man.
