With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the care sector and an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, I’m passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, and truly person-centred care. I take the time to visit each client and their family personally, to understand their individual needs, preferences, and routine, because no two people are the same, and neither is the care they receive.

From our very first meeting, your loved one’s well being becomes my priority. I work closely with families to create care plans that are tailored, reflect individual preferences, and remain flexible, ensuring the support we provide fits naturally into their lives and brings real peace of mind.

As Co-Owner and Nominated Individual at Barnfield Homecare, I focus on ensuring our care services are delivered to the highest standard, while also overseeing our financial and operational performance. Since taking on the business in 2020 with my wife Sharon, I’ve been proud to be part of its journey as a trusted, family-run provider.

With a background in business and project management, I manage the finance side of the company and support the team in delivering care that’s both person-centred and sustainable. I’m passionate about building a strong, supportive culture for both our clients and our staff.

Seeing Barnfield Homecare grow, improve its CQC rating, and successfully rebrand has been incredibly rewarding. But more than anything, I’m committed to making sure we continue to serve our community with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

I've had the privilege of working in the care sector for the past 34 years. Working my way up from a carer to a Registered Manager, I've gained hands-on experience every step of the way. I believe great care starts with a strong team, and I’m committed to supporting our carers so they can provide the highest quality care to those who need it.

I lead our recruitment efforts to ensure we attract and retain compassionate, skilled caregivers who reflect our values and high standards of care. Finding the right people is essential, as it's our team that truly makes the difference in the lives of those we support.

With a background in award-winning marketing agencies, I also oversee our marketing strategy, helping us connect with families looking for trusted home care. My aim is to ensure people understand who we are and what we stand for.

For the past 5 years, I've been a dedicated member of the Barnfield Homecare team. As a Care Coordinator, I not only schedule client visits but also manage our company systems. I'm passionate about providing excellent care and supporting our community.

My role focuses on ensuring all clients receive the care they need while building strong relationships with both our carers and their families. Ultimately, I strive to create a supportive and positive environment for everyone involved.

I have worked in the health and social care sector for 14 years, with hands-on experience in care, office-based roles, and 24-hour care facilities. In May 2023, I joined Barnfield Homecare as the Care Coordinator for our Tamworth branch.

I have a particular passion for supporting individuals with complex care needs and dementia, and I find it incredibly rewarding to make a difference in people's lives through compassionate, well-organised care.

My focus is on enabling clients of all care needs to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. I carry out regular visits to complete assessments and reviews, working closely with families and other agencies to ensure each care plan remains responsive and person-centred.

I manage the rota to make sure all visits are covered reliably, and any last-minute changes are handled smoothly. Alongside this, I carry out regular spot checks and staff meetings to support our team and maintain the high standards of care we are proud to provide.
