I enjoy the time I have with my carers, especially the regular carers that look after me each week. They are very kind and considerate and take the time to ensure my needs are well looked after. Their care is to a very high standard and I enjoy their company. They also always try to accommodate my requirements
with timings and will go out of their way to ensure these are met, so thank you for looking after me so well.

Very friendly and very caring. The client was a bit worried about someone coming in to bathe him but when they came, he was different, so I think it put his mind at ease. He felt like he had known the carer for a long time.

My mum has dementia and is only able to remain in her home due to the high level of care she receives from Brunel care. As a family, we have developed good relationships with all the carers and have the confidence to raise any concerns we have about our Mum.
