For a 92-year-old who's a bit up top, is still ok. It is nice to have your various daily relief visits to help the days along. All are good, even if sometimes for just a chat.
Thank you for your reveiw. We are glad that our care and support workers are bringing you relief.
The carers who attend my mother-in-law are outstanding. They show her compassion and wonderful care. She could not have a better team.
We are really pleased that our care and support workers are delivering outstanding care. We are very proud of them and your kind words give us reassurance in what we do.

Meet the Team (9)
Hello, I’m Martin Jones, the new owner of Caremark Horsham and Pulborough.
After 25 years of running a web design agency, I wanted to pursue a career with a deeper purpose and one that had a positive impact on people’s lives.
Although my background isn’t in care, I’ve seen the difference quality home care makes. My wife has worked in the care sector for over 25 years, and my Nan received exceptional care that allowed her to stay independent, comfortable, and happy at home. These experiences inspired me to join Caremark and commit to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
The future is exciting. My vision for Caremark Horsham is built on three pillars – brand awareness, a strong and passionate team, and delivering quality and compliant care. Ensuring that every customer receives the highest standard of care, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in the place they love most, their own home.
My career started over 20 years ago when I moved from London to West Sussex. I started working nights in a residential care home, from which I became a Care Worker for a domiciliary company, where I worked my way up to Care Coordinator, then Deputy Manager, then Registered Manager.
I have worked with so many dedicated individuals over the years who, like myself, strive to make a difference; it makes me proud to lead a team that goes the extra mile every day for our customers.
I am passionate about providing bespoke support for individuals, allowing them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. My motto has and always will be, I will support others the way I would wish my own family and friends to be supported; anything less is just not good enough.
My family has grown considerably over the last few years. I have 9 Grandchildren who I love to see as much as possible, (expensive Christmas) I also enjoy travelling and walking my dog with my husband.
Claire has held management roles in both Financial Services and Gatwick Airport before joining us in November 2022.
She is excited to have been able to join the Pulborough office and knew she wanted to work in Care after she was heavily involved in volunteering when on Furlough.
I started my career in care 13 years ago, working nights in a care home, realising at that time that caring for people was my passion, and the feeling of making just one person's day better was the best I had ever felt. I embarked upon my Nursing degree following working in care for a year. I have now been a Registered Nurse for 9 years, working in a variety of areas, hospitals, hospices, nursing homes and advising the government.
A time came when I decided to take a step back from nursing and use my knowledge and experience in home care, an area I have always been interested in and have been passionate about community care my whole career and providing those who may not receive medical services for a variety of reasons.
I began as a Field Care Supervisor with another home care company, carrying out care calls myself and assisting with quality assurance and compliance. From there, I joined Caremark as a Care Coordinator, and I am looking forward to being able to learn more as well as use my experience to benefit all.
I began my career in care following medical advice to change professions, as fifteen years of working permanent night shifts had negatively impacted my health. In 2022, I relocated to West Sussex for a new beginning and to assist a friend with whom I rescue dogs from Spain. My passion for animals remains an important part of my life.
After joining a local care company as a care assistant, I was promoted to Field Care Supervisor after two years. I remained in this position until the company entered liquidation on November 25, necessitating a transition to a new opportunity. Currently, as the new Field Care Supervisor for the Billingshurst and Horsham areas at Caremark.
I take pride in my strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. I am a good listener, communicate assertively when required, and consistently model high standards by never asking others to do tasks I would not undertake myself.
Marta started her career with Caremark Pulborough in October 2015 as a Care Assistant. It was quickly recognised that Marta had great managerial skills and was promoted in September 2016 to the role of a Field Care Supervisor.
Marta remained in this role until April 2019, at which point she moved to a different company working for Caremark as a Bank Care and Support Worker. In August 2019, she was offered the position of a Care Coordinator and made the decision to come back to us on a permanent basis.
As of 2022, Marta is now the Training Officer for Caremark Pulborough.

Embarking on a journey within the care sector in 1994, my path has been one defined by a desire to support individuals facing unique challenges, particularly those with learning disabilities. Over the years, I’ve held diverse supervisory roles, gaining invaluable experience and honing my understanding of this vital sector.
Currently entrusted with the roles of Recruitment and Digital Marketing Executive, I thrive on the intricacies of connecting the right people to the right roles. It’s a dynamic task that taps into my enthusiasm for matching talent with opportunity.
My enthusiasm for Caremark’s vision runs deep, an unwavering dedication to ensure each customer receives care reflective of what we’d wish for our own loved ones. This vision drives me to advocate for positive change within our community, aligning with the profound belief in the transformative power of compassionate care.
One of the most gratifying aspects of this journey is witnessing our dedicated Care Assistants exceed expectations and give back to the local community. Their commitment to going above and beyond underscores the values that unite us in this fulfilling mission.
I am the Care Coordinator for Horsham. I started with Caremark in 2020 as a care support worker and moved to the Caremark office in 2022.
I worked as a carer for over 12 years and then moved into retail for 22 years, returning to caring during the pandemic.
I believe that you need to have a caring nature and people skills to get the best for my team and customers.
