Now er have continuity everything is fine.
Overall standard very good but needs to improve on communication via telephone regarding if care staff are coming late or running late, who is coming! Otherwise excellent carers and staff at the office. Just need more improve on letting client know if coming late.
Some carers are not so conscientious but on the whole, they are very good. Sometimes the evening carers are too early.
I am very pleased with all the care I receive from Clarendon. Nearly all of the carers often go a step further when looking after me, if it becomes necessary. I receive nothing but care and thoughtfulness throughout.
Clarendon was recommended to me by a friend, her son had surveyed various Home Care Groups but decided on Clarendon to help with shopping for 1hr 15 mins a week starting from May 2015. Since then, I have gradually required more help, so I have assistance for 1hr 15mins on Mon, Wed and Fri each week includes weekly shopping, light housework, making my bed, getting the washing out of the machine and hanging it on the airer.
The support staff are very caring, most helpful and friendly. They always inquire if there's anything else they can do to assist my comfort.
Have had no issues so far. All the carers are friendly, polite and stick to a routine with my Mother.
The carers, overall, are excellent, they bring a professional, caring and compassionate feeling to my sister. I am sure that she feels reassured and safe with them in our home. Most of the time they arrive on time and spend the allotted time here. My sister has advanced dementia and the carers offer her kindness and reassurance.
Clarendon's training programme provides me with high quality carers. I like the continuity of high class carers and appreciate the extra effort that they give. Timely visits and happy faces are so important and I find the agency generally to be efficient and reliable.
Clarendon Care came into our lives at a time of sadness, anxiety and fear. My Father was terminally ill. My mother was distraught. They had been together for 71 years. The Clarendon team treated both my parents with respect and understanding. They brought support, relief and professionalism. I was very impressed. Thank you so much for your care.
Everything is working out very well. Carers are very nice, friendly and helpful. They are respectful and know what they are doing calling in the district nurse if needed. I am very happy with them.
I consider myself very lucky with my carers. They are all very kind and helpful and always help with any extras I might need.
