We offer our care services at a consistent rate, and there are no additional fees for weekends or bank holidays. However, all agreed-upon care services are subject to charges. It's important to note that cancelled care calls are still chargeable, as our team of care professionals are paid for every scheduled visit.

Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Complete Care. Since changing our provider, I've noticed a huge improvement in my dad's care. Personal hygiene is top of my list for my 90 year old father: the carers, through continuous encouragement, are managing to bathe and/or strip wash him daily with very little fuss or resistance. His clothes, right down to his underwear, are clean on every day which gives him a lot of self worth and dignity. They chat to him, play dominoes and show kindness and concern. They generally offer an all round really good service. Well done Complete Care Care and thank you! It's a huge weight off my mind knowing how well he's being looked after.

I cannot recommend this company enough.
The team are always so friendly, caring, and incredibly helpful when supporting my grandma.
They help with cleaning and shopping, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
They truly go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and well looked after.
It gives our family real peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.

This company provides care to my grandma on a weekly basis and they have been a godsend. My care has always been exceptional. We have had a few hiccups but always gets sorted. My main issues are due to my mental health which has always been up and down but my carers always take time to make sure I'm OK before leaving.

Overall Experience

First class carers and company. They have provided fantastic support for my mum who is, largely down to them, able to reside with great care in her own home. She is very poorly but with their support feels supported and cared for and I feel very confident in their high level of care. This is very important as I don't live locally.

I have found Complete Care to be fantastic help in caring for my mother in her own home. She has 3 carer visits each day which she really enjoys, not just for the help she receives to allow her to continue living in her own home but also the social aspect of chatting to the carers now that she is housebound. Cleaner achieves quite a lot in the hour they attend. It is particularly beneficial when they can do some ironing. As he is autistic he often requires a prompt for these types of activity.
Occasional changes of personnel can cause him anxiety and also if they are late arriving. This reaction is related to his autism.

We are grateful that his flat receives a thorough cleaning each week and makes a difference for him. We also take into account the limitations due to the quality of the property.

I have been using Complete Care since 2024 to look after mum who has dementia.Mum has a visit i n the morning to make sure takes her medication , and one at tea time for evening meal .All the careres that visit mum show mum warmth and understanding of her condtion which is a great comfort to myself and other family members
The staff are great as well as the management team i have had some issues as most people do but they are switfly dealt with one manager makes sure of that cant put names on review but if you deal with Complete Care you will find out for youreslf how good she is
One thing to note mum went missing a few months ago and the management team came and helped locate mum and it was early evening it was very much appreiated and just shows the dedication of the staff of Complete Care

In my honest opinion i would reccomend complete care to look after youre family members they are 100% honest reliable and trustworthy and nothing is to much trouble

Overall Experience

We first started using Complete Care in Feb, but quickly increased their visits when we realised they were providing everything Mum needed. They managed to provide a consistent carer for the night shifts we needed, and the carer has been fantastic with Mum. They have even covered extra nights when we have managed to get a break. We really couldn't manage without them, and Mum would have to go into a home, which we are trying very hard to avoid.

We can not praise Complete Care enough. From the management team to all the carers each and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure dad has all the best care required. All of the staff are extremely polite and friendly nothing is too much trouble. We approached Complete Care when initially looking for a company to help out with dad's needs. Never regretted choosing this company. Nothing is too much trouble and they always ask him whether he requires any further assistance prior to leaving.

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.

I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.

After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.
