We're pleased to hear you're generally happy with our service.Our carers support over 100 clients daily, and we work within a 30-minute window either side of the scheduled time to manage emergencies and delays. If we're outside of this window, we always aim to call ahead.Regarding cancellations, we pay our care team for late-notice cancellations as they rely on a stable income and are still scheduled to work. As a Living Wage Employer, we're committed to paying staff fairly.All of this is clearly explained at the initial assessment, and we pride ourselves on transparent pricing.
