We offer our care services at a consistent rate, and there are no additional fees for weekends or bank holidays. However, all agreed-upon care services are subject to charges. It's important to note that cancelled care calls are still chargeable, as our team of care professionals are paid for every scheduled visit.


Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

My mother only has the carers 5 days (mornings) a week so I don't have any contact with them. The reason being, it gives me peace of mind that she is ok until I get there. She seems happy enough with her care and it's nice for her to see a different face each morning.

I have 100% trust in the care my aunt is provided with.
I'm sure the care teams could not be more understanding if it were their own family member.
I have full faith in them, I wouldn't hesitate to go away for a few days break,
Knowing that my aunt is in safe hands and all her needs would be met
and they would contact me if there was a problem.

All the Complete Care West Yorkshire staff have been fantastic since they have been caring for my father who has dementia. Despite the fact that he is rather resistant to having them around, they always treat him with kindness and respect and the family has great peace of mind knowing they are checking
in on him when we are unavailable. The online portal is also very helpful - it's reassuring to be able to see the notes the carers make so we know if anything further is needed.
The office staff have also been brilliant - helping us navigate this difficult situation - and recommending appropriate changes to the care package.

I really value the support from the Complete Care team in helping me to care for my husband. The carers are very competent and I appreciate how well they look after my husband with respect, kindness and patience. They ask how he is, chat with us together and individually, which is good for us both.
Once he is safe and comfortable, if time allows, the carers assist me with related tasks which takes some of the pressure off me. Any concerns are raised, noted and followed up by the carers or office who respond quickly. The weekly clean is also of a high standard from an efficient friendly, young lady. I have already recommended Complete Care to a friend.

The care provided was excellent, the carers were all incredibly thorough, thoughtful, friendly and efficient. More importantly they treated the resident with dignity and love, always chatting with her and giving her time, patience and care of the highest quality, right up until the last.

My mum is very happy with Complete Care after a bad experience with a previous company. The carers are amazing and managed to build up her trust again. I know she is safe and well looked after and that they are enabling her to live independently the way she wants to.

We have used Complete Care now for a few years to help look after my elderly mother who is now house bound and has limited mobility. The business is very well run and all the carers will go the extra yard to cater for every clients needs where ever possible. Senior staff keep us informed of everything
going off and we can access the carers notes via an app you can download to your mobile which is very handy. All carers smartly dressed and arrive punctually would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for loved ones.

The care provided to my mum from Complete Care West Yorkshire has been great. All the staff and carers are very kind, caring and carry out the tasks for mum just as we expected. Mum is very comfortable with the carers and they show her kindness and dignity on every visit. They keep her home tidy, clean
and keep in touch with us should there be any issues. The app is a fantastic tool for us to use, we can keep track on mums daily life and it gives us peace of mind that she has eaten, showered and her general well being.

I am extremely pleased with the service Complete Care West Yorkshire provide for my mum. All the staff are very caring and understand her needs, they give her the assistance and reassurance she needs, giving her the opportunity to be independent in her own home. The carers are very reliable and they
will relay any messages direct to me if they have any problems. The management and office staff are always very helpful on the telephone and can deal with any issues.

Excellent experience of Complete Care and cannot fault their service at all. Extremely happy with everyone I have met and spoken to in person and via the telephone, particularly two staff members who have been great in my interactions with them. The carer who initially came to see my mum was very professional
and friendly and took her time to find out my mum's requirements and to put us both at ease. All the carers who have visited my mum have been brilliant, very warm and friendly and have introduced themselves on arrival, nothing too much trouble for them, and keen to go the extra mile for my mum to make sure she was not left wanting anything. A great care provider, who I would not hesitate to use again as they have been fabulous and made me feel at ease whilst they were visiting my mum. Their professionalism is outstanding from the management down to the carers. Thank you for your service.

Once again an excellent service from this local care company who went above and beyond what I would expect of their carers.
My 89-year-old mother met a man who became an inappropriate visitor. The carers not only asked him to leave but phoned myself and informed me immediately. The situation has now
been resolved. The quick thinking and actions of their staff certainly made a big difference.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

- PTLLS qualification enables her to train and develop staff both internally and externally.

I am the lead person and solely responsible for the company's Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) data that we provide to both local authorities, Wakefield and Kirklees. I also audit the systems we have in place to ensure our customers receive the right level of care.

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.


I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.


I understand the importance of continuous learning and development and share the same values as the company. As a result of my commitment to learning, I am currently working towards my level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.


My passion is helping people and I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to help me provide such a great service, vital to our local community.

I joined the company in 2018 as a Community Care Worker, this was my first care position and I absolutely loved this role.


In 2019 I progressed to Buddy and then Team Leader in 2020. My current role is now Care Coordinator, overseeing the work of the Senior Team Leader and Team Leaders.


I am passionate about helping others in my local community and feel my role allows me to make a positive difference.

Job Title: Trainer & Manual Handling Assessor Joined: 2011

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.


After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I love helping others and get a great sense of pride knowing I have made a difference. As a result of my passion, I was made 'Buddy' and then went on to become a senior team leader.


I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.


I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.
