We offer our care services at a consistent rate, and there are no additional fees for weekends or bank holidays. However, all agreed-upon care services are subject to charges. It's important to note that cancelled care calls are still chargeable, as our team of care professionals are paid for every scheduled visit.

Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

The carers have gone above and beyond to ensure that my mum is comfortable, safe, and happy. My mum has been struggling with being on her own since my dad passed away and we enlisted the services of Complete Care mainly for companionship for her. She still has her independence but her dementia makes it difficult for her to connect with people.
Just getting my mum out for some fresh air then helping her with her crosswords and reminding her to have some lunch has taken a lot of pressure off my brother and me.

I would especially like to call out the carer who I witnessed with my mum one day.

Since Complete Care has been helping my Mum, my brothers and I have had peace of mind. Each carer is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and Mum is cared for with grace and dignity.
The carers are on time, well-presented, polite, and caring.

Complete Care has been looking after my mother-in-law for several months now and we are pleased with the excellent care she receives. We have recently had to increase the care provided and this was organised quickly by Complete Care. If I need to ring them they are always there to listen and deal with any care changes. My mother-in-law always has nice things to say about the carers.

All the carers are very nice ladies, easy to talk to and lift my spirit. Always pleasant and respectful. They attend three times a day. Always on time and have a clean and smart appearance. I live on my own and have one daughter. She is very happy with them too. Much better than the other company I had before.

My auntie was very reluctant to accept care as she is a fiercely independent lady, we have previous experience with Complete Care so assured her that maintaining her independence was top of their list! They didn't disappoint, she thoroughly enjoys visits from every single care worker and the attention to detail is second to none. The girls go above and beyond, and when they noticed she wasn't eating much they took it upon themselves to call at her favourite bakery and get a bun they knew she would eat, in their own time! They notice every change in personality and behaviour and inform us straight away. We feel at ease knowing she has such tremendous care. We are eternally grateful to Complete Care. Thank you.

Recently went away for one week with all the immediate family. After using the service for just over a year I felt confident that he was in safe hands. I could keep an eye on the daily reports from the carers but really didn’t feel a need to. There was no one left in the UK to ring in case of emergency but I was reassured that if necessary (it wasn’t) I would be contacted abroad. Although he is reluctant to accept care it has certainly made my life easier. Thank you.

I have found that the standards are high from the management team to the carers visiting my mother. Each care needs that Mum has is met with a friendly and experienced approach. Mum enjoys her carers and has regular faces which helps with her dementia. Carers have knowledge of her medical issues and act appropriately to support managing them.

Amazing staff who actually care about my mum and take time with their job and meet all of her needs, nothing is too much for the staff they are truly amazing and we would be lost without them. I can't recommend Complete Care enough - and we have had other companies before so see the huge difference between previous ones and the passion for their work and the individual. I have complete peace of mind when I can't be with her and know that I will be contacted if there are any concerns.

I have studied throughout my career and have built up a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills within the social care and management sectors. I have achieved:

- HE Certificate in The Management of Health and Social Care Organisations
- PTLLS qualification enables her to train and develop staff both internally and externally.
- Post Graduate In HR Learning and Development

- Achieved level 7 Master’s Degree qualification in Human Resource Management & Development.

I am passionate about social care, actively pursuing learning and development opportunities to improve the quality of care and service for those within the community. My focus has not changed since I began my career in care.

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.

I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.

I understand the importance of continuous learning and development and share the same values as the company. As a result of my commitment to learning, I am currently working towards my level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

My passion is helping people and I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to help me provide such a great service, vital to our local community.

Pauline Thompson

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.

After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.
