We offer our care services at a consistent rate, and there are no additional fees for weekends or bank holidays. However, all agreed-upon care services are subject to charges. It's important to note that cancelled care calls are still chargeable, as our team of care professionals are paid for every scheduled visit.

Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

We are very pleased with the standard of care that the Complete Care employees give my Dad, which helps him to remain in his own house. My Dad suffers from numerous conditions and is very forgetful. Timekeeping is good. The carers are kind, considerate, and respectful to him. Very often going above and beyond.

Communication and documentation is good. They inform us of any concerns and the service provided works well alongside our family. Everyone at Complete Care is much appreciated by all our family, thank you.

Complete Care provides an amazing service for my mum who lives in Wakefield as I live in NI.
The staff are reliable, friendly, and caring.
Great communication especially with me living in NI they send regular updates via email, and telephone calls and record daily visits via the app which is reassuring for me.
Mum is being looked after by people who genuinely care for her wellbeing.

Would recommend Complete Care to anyone seeking care for family members.

Cannot thank Complete Care enough for the care given to my auntie when she had a very nasty fall. The carer rang for the ambulance, contacted the family and looked after my auntie until someone arrived. Prior to her discharge from the hospital, a night call was quickly put in place and within two days her tea call was rearranged to allow all her medication to be taken as needed.

As a family, we know she is looked after by the best.

Friendly staff who strive to give the best possible care they can and deliver to individual requirements. My mum looks forward to the visits and thoroughly enjoys chatting to her carer whilst she does tasks for her. Home care was highly recommended by a relative's friend. - PTLLS qualification enables her to train and develop staff both internally and externally.
- Post Graduate In HR Learning and Development

- Achieved level 7 Master’s Degree qualification in Human Resource Management & Development.

I am passionate about social care, actively pursuing learning and development opportunities to improve the quality of care and service for those within the community. My focus has not changed since I began my career in care.

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.

I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.

I understand the importance of continuous learning and development and share the same values as the company. As a result of my commitment to learning, I am currently working towards my level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

My passion is helping people and I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to help me provide such a great service, vital to our local community.

Pauline Thompson

I joined the company in 2018 as a Community Care Worker, this was my first care position and I absolutely loved this role.

In 2019 I progressed to Buddy and then Team Leader in 2020. My current role is now Care Coordinator, overseeing the work of the Senior Team Leader and Team Leaders.

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.

After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I love helping others and get a great sense of pride knowing I have made a difference. As a result of my passion, I was made 'Buddy' and then went on to become a senior team leader.

I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.

I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.
