We offer our care services at a consistent rate, and there are no additional fees for weekends or bank holidays. However, all agreed-upon care services are subject to charges. It's important to note that cancelled care calls are still chargeable, as our team of care professionals are paid for every scheduled visit.

Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

Our experience of Complete Care for the past ten months has been amazing. They have cared for my mother who has Parkinson’s and dementia and recognise the fluctuation of symptoms. She thoroughly looks forward to the carers coming to carry out activities with her and the team in the office are great as well.

Complete Care provided compassionate, dignified care for my grandma on return from hospital. All the staff are friendly and caring and would assist in any way they could, as well as caring for my grandma they would ask if my grandad required anything. They helped liaise with district nurses and information to the office. The office staff were always on the other end of the phone to provide information, help and update any changes in her care package. Unfortunately, my grandma became end of life care, the carers respected the wishes of family if we needed time alone and were there to offer support when needed, they looked after her to the very end and couldn't have asked for better for her.

My mum's carers are always courteous, caring, punctual, respectful and they always try to keep her spirits upbeat and try to cater for her needs.

The office staff are very approachable and caring and only want the best for their service users and their families.

All the carers at Complete Care are outstanding. Can’t fault the care they have given. Office staff are all very friendly and approachable and made sure our needs were met at all times. But the credit here is definitely for the care workers themselves, they go above and beyond whether it’s 7 am or 10 pm. Highly recommend this company if you are thinking of having carers to help your loved ones.

Complete Care have been assisting my mother with hygiene, medication and companionship for several years. I find them very competent and well trained and they have dealt with all changes to Mum's care needs from medication to anxiety and are quick to respond to changes in Mum's needs. The carers are just that, caring and kind. They have averted several GP and pharmacy drug errors due to their attention to detail and have helped with safeguarding issues, keeping mum safe and independent in her own home.

Complete Care is exceptional, and the carers give amazing service. They have been going to my 90-year-old mum since October 2020, and I can't praise them enough. My mum receives excellent care; they are helpful, but not intrusive, and they allow Mum to keep a little independence. We couldn't ask for better.
Their visits also mean that I can go off to work in the morning knowing they will be visiting, and if she is not okay, they will contact me, and if necessary, arrange any medical care required.

Complete Care replaced another care company, and I was apprehensive following my previous experience with my mothers care. It was obvious with the first visit that this was to be a much better and satisfying arrangement. The management was first class, regular contact and advice were given, quick notification of any issues and assistance from the office when required. The carers who came in arrived like angels acted like angels and provided exceptional, loving, respectful care to my mother, myself and family members. They went above and beyond what we expected. I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.

I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.

I understand the importance of continuous learning and development and share the same values as the company. As a result of my commitment to learning, I am currently working towards my level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

My passion is helping people and I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to help me provide such a great service, vital to our local community.

Pauline Thompson

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.

After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.

I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.
