Where do I start? I would have no issues with recommending Complete Care to anyone requiring care for their loved ones. The staff attending my relative have always been kind caring compassionate and very helpful, some of the staff being exceptional and outstanding and others being very good and professional. The office staff have always been polite with the owner-manager being outstanding and extremely helpful and informative. Thank you to all the staff, keep up the fantastic hard job you are doing very much appreciated.
We really appreciate you taking the time to complete the satisfaction survey and cannot thank you enough for the fantastic comments. Our team work hard to provide a quality, person centred support. Making a positive difference is something we are all passionate about, so I am delighted that you...
I was anxious about carers coming and how my husband would cope with them. I needn't have worried. All the carers, without exception, have been professional, caring and friendly. My husband looks forward to them coming and enjoys their chats. They are patient and don't rush him.
Thank you very much for your feedback, it is much appreciated. Our team work hard to ensure we make a positive difference, providing person centred care, so we are delighted that our service has given you the confidence in us to provide this support. We really value your custom and look forward to continuing our support for you and your husband. Kind regards
A very good care company. I have been very happy with you. I have been treated with dignity and all my care ladies have been very good and management have been good. Everything satisfactory. Thank you.

We value your custom and look forward to providing support and assistance where needed.
The coronavirus has added another layer to my anxiety, but they have never missed a call. The carers are professional but friendly and above all kind. I think kindness is sometimes the best tonic.
Office staff are supportive, well organised and good at listening.
We are now entering another phase of life for Mum (93) and I don't know what will be the outcome, but I do know that Complete Care will be there for me. It's a great comfort.

The calls were always at and within the allocated time.
Thank you for the amazing feedback regarding the care and support your father received. We are delighted that we were able to help. We are very fortunate to have such a great team that are passionate about making a positive difference. Once again thank you.
The staff are pleasant and competent, the management poor as they change the call times and mum is unable to remember if she has had a visit. I'm asked to use an app to access information. Mum is funding this service totally and I feel so disappointed that she is let down in this way.
The standard of care is satisfactory but not knowing when that's likely to be is not. I try to arrange appointments and entertainment for mums routine but this is constantly ignored. It cannot be value for money if stress is experienced by the service user and relative, it is exacerbating the condition for which she requires the care. ie memory loss and confusion.
The care workers daily routine can be unpredictable due to people they care and support out in the community. Care workers can...

My mother enjoys the companionship of the carers and feels they meet her needs well. The service puts my mind at rest that she is looked after when I am not there. I am regularly asked if we are happy with the service - we are!

My father lives in Yorkshire and I in Suffolk so cannot 'just pop round'. All the ladies I met on my time visiting father were friendly, professional and such a cliché 'caring', but that is what eased my mind being so far away. All telephone calls were answered swiftly and responses given at that time or shortly afterwards. My father was in great hands with Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd. Thank you so much for making the transition into a care home seamless.
Thank you very much for the wonderful feedback you have given, we will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team. It was our pleasure to provide care and support to your father, he is such a lovely gentleman. I am highly delighted that you felt you could rely on us as a company and that it...

Wayne works in partnership with others to identify innovative ideas to improve or develop the service we offer to our customers'My focus is on how we can utilise technology to improve the service we offer our customers, ensuring our team has the right tools to deliver quality, person-centred care'

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.
I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.
I understand the importance of continuous learning and development and share the same values as the company. As a result of my commitment to learning, I am currently working towards my level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
My passion is helping people and I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to help me provide such a great service, vital to our local community.

I joined the company in 2018 as a Community Care Worker, this was my first care position and I absolutely loved this role.
In 2019 I progressed to Buddy and then Team Leader in 2020. My current role is now Care Coordinator, overseeing the work of the Senior Team Leader and Team Leaders.
I am passionate about helping others in my local community and feel my role allows me to make a positive difference.
I love how rewarding working in social care is whilst working with a team of like-minded individuals, who are equally committed and share the same vision and values of the company.

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.
After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.
'This year I have been nominated for the Care Trainer Award 2019, i am excited to be part of an amazing team that inspires and values passion'

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I love helping others and get a great sense of pride knowing I have made a difference. As a result of my passion, I was made 'Buddy' and then went on to become a senior team leader.
I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.
I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.

I enjoy helping others which is why I chose to work in social care. Since joining the team, I have built up my confidence to progress from 'buddy' to Team Leader. Helping new starters that are new to care is a great experience, I love to tell people how rewarding it is to work in social care and show them how we make a positive difference.
I am currently studying for my NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
