This present company are outstanding and their care and attitude towards us is extremely nice and understanding.

I also find them very flexible whenever I need to change visits at short notice. I would recommend Complete Care to anyone and in fact I have recommended them to my mum to use as and when she requires more assistance with her Personal Care.

My dad has been very happy with the care he has received. The people attending him have always been kind, caring and cheerful.

We wanted help to care for my Grandma when we our lives became busier and wanted her to be treated with the same care we'd give her, this is exactly what we've found from Complete Care. My Grandma has lovely chats with them carers on their visits and is treated with respect and care. We've noticed my Grandma's moods have improved since having these carers in, and we believe thats due to the care they give. It doesn't feel like its just a job for them, it really feels like they care. Having an app we are able to log in and see exactly what has been done and how my Grandma is after each visit. This gives us the reassurance that we need. We would definitely recommend Complete Care.

All the carers are lovely. They are always smart in appearance and always leave everything clean and tidy when they go.

My mum suffers from dementia (and is getting worse by the day). I live in London, mum in Dewsbury and my stress levels and mums anxiety levels were very high. I can't praise Complete Care enough for relieving that stress, for being so kind and caring with mum (who can be difficult), for keeping me updated, and answering my often many queries with patience and thoughtfulness. All the carers are wonderful, and there are some real superstars amongst them, who have really helped mum, and reassured me during difficult times. Thank you to the whole team - both in the office and visiting my mum for everything they are doing to help us. I would highly recommend Complete Care to anyone making difficult decisions for their loved ones. Thank you to you all.

Having used Complete Care as my care provider for the last 27 months I am really pleased with the support I receive. Most of the carers are approachable friendly and understanding and support me in a way which enables me to maximise my independence. If I need to adjust my care calls for an reason they are most accommodating

No problems if any issues just ring up and always sorted.

The girls treat me with nothing but respect and dignity and compassion to say that I can be forthright and impatient and I think the government should pay them more.

I am highly satisfied with the cleaning done by my regular domestic who is very thorough, friendly & caring and is also easy to chat to which is important when you live alone.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Complete Care. Since changing our provider, I've noticed a huge improvement in my dad's care. Personal hygiene is top of my list for my 90 year old father: the carers, through continuous encouragement, are managing to bathe and/or strip wash him daily with very little fuss or resistance. His clothes, right down to his underwear, are clean on every day which gives him a lot of self worth and dignity. They chat to him, play dominoes and show kindness and concern. They generally offer an all round really good service. Well done Complete Care Care and thank you! It's a huge weight off my mind knowing how well he's being looked after.

This company provides care to my grandma on a weekly basis and they have been a godsend. Helping her continue to live independently is something that cannot be over valued and the staff that attend to visit her are delightful. Always happy to help and courteous with a good sense of humour which keeps my grandma's spirits up. Thank you!

My care has always been exceptional. We have had a few hiccups but always gets sorted. My main issues are due to my mental health which has always been up and down but my carers always take time to make sure I'm OK before leaving.

First class carers and company. They have provided fantastic support for my mum who is, largely down to them, able to reside with great care in her own home. She is very poorly but with their support feels supported and cared for and I feel very confident in their high level of care. This is very important as I don't live locally.

Peace of mind that my parents are getting one decent meal a day and the social interaction that they need as they're unable to get out themselves. Very happy with all carers and they really do seem to care.

I have a very good domestic called Adele she is a breath of fresh air nothing is too much trouble to her very cheerful and very good at her job I'm very pleased with how it is going i felt guilty at first having someone else to do my cleaning but it's lovely now having it done keep up the good work

I have found Complete Care to be fantastic help in caring for my mother in her own home. She has 3 carer visits each day which she really enjoys, not just for the help she receives to allow her to continue living in her own home but also the social aspect of chatting to the carers now that she is housebound. I would highly recommend complete care

Complete care have been fabulous. They are a great company to liaise with. The care and quality of service is spot on. Mum has had such a lovely experience of care from this company. I don't know the name of all the carers but Janet, Nettie and arga as well as the others have been so professional and kind.
