We offer our care services at a consistent rate, and there are no additional fees for weekends or bank holidays. However, all agreed-upon care services are subject to charges. It's important to note that cancelled care calls are still chargeable, as our team of care professionals are paid for every scheduled visit.


Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

My parents have been receiving care for the last 7 months. Not keen on the idea at the start as they wanted to keep their independence. Now they look forward to there twice a day visits, both the help and the company.

We have been using Complete Care since we realised we could no longer care for mum 24/7 in February this year. The very first thing that set them apart was bringing the carer, she was with them at our initial interview. It was plainly obvious that this lovely lady was going to get on brilliantly with
Mum, and so it has proved. We desperately needed night care to get some sleep, so Complete Care were engaged to provide 4 nights care per week, which they have continued to do, even managing to ensure we had the same carer for 99% of the time and the carer is absolutely wonderful with Mum, even getting her to do things when we cant.
Complete Care, with a bit of notice, have also managed to accommodate our extra needs on the few occasions we have managed to get a break and any extra carers have been equally lovely when the carer has not been able to attend. Based on our experience I would wholeheartedly recommend Complete Care to anyone thinking of using their services.

I've been receiving Care from Complete Care about 18 months they have a very high standard of care Professional at all times very respectful extremely caring treat with dignity very respectful of my home. Ask lots of questions to make sure they do everything as I like it. Offer other options as in food
suggest different things to try. Always changing there gloves. Some of them leave me a lovely note on my notice board. They really have extremely high standards in everything they do. Complete Care look after my mum they are doing an excellent job she really looks forward to them coming.
She is a lot happier since they took over from another care provider they are so kind and patient with her she as Alzeihmers.

I recently moved out of my great grandads house and complete care come to visit him with his medication on an evenings.
He loves all the ladies that come out to help him, and my own encounters with them have been really positive I couldn't really ask for a better team to take care of him

I have only been using Complete Care for a few weeks for my Dad. From my first telephone call for initial information to putting a care package in place I have no complaints whatsoever. The carers that have visited my Dad have all been very good, helpful doing tasks that are needed, and given Dad new
people to talk to, which has been brilliant for him. They have also put in place an excellent home cleaner on a weekly basis for us too, who is very good, friendly and very thorough.
I would highly recommend this company for their expertise and caring to their clients.

We have had help from Complete Care since February and we are very pleased with their care for my mother. They are timely, efficient, caring, helpful, chatty and consistent. We have had their assistance since February when my mum was in crisis and had to initially be partially in bed, then subsequently,
24/7 requiring bed care, four times a day. They are effective with their expertise in personal care, cleaning, medication provision, meal preparation, security etc. Their notes after each visit (which I can read via an app) are helpful, especially as I live a 4 hour drive away.
As a company they were easy to get started and were very helpful when mum spent time in hospital and there was a stop/start situation for a few weeks. My enquiries with the company are dealt with immediately during the day. They also feedback directly to me if they have any concerns. Couldn't be happier with complete care.

Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd have been providing care for my elderly mother for several years now. The level of care has been increased as needed & this has enabled my mother to remain in her own home. She does not wish to move to a care home & would find this very stressful. As my mothers needs
have increased, Complete Care have stepped up to accommodate her requirements & have always demonstrated genuine care & compassion for which my mother & I are very grateful. I would definitely recommend Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd to anyone who may be lookings for a reliable high quality care provider. My mother will be 102 yrs old in a few weeks time.

Home care look after my elderly mother, with care and dignity. I am generally pleased with the service we get. Mum receives 2 visits a day. The only slight issue is with timings, on occasions when the carers are running late this hasn't always been communicated.
It's also a little disappointing that
we can't cancel visits well in advance to avoid payment for things such as hospital visits.

We're pleased to hear you're generally happy with our service.Our carers support over 100 clients daily, and we work within a 30-minute window either side of the scheduled time to manage emergencies and delays. If we're outside of this window, we always aim to call ahead.Regarding cancellations, we pay our care team for late-notice cancellations as they rely on a stable income and are still scheduled to work. As a Living Wage Employer, we're committed to paying staff fairly.All of this is clearly explained at the initial assessment, and we pride ourselves on transparent pricing. After my aunt experienced a fall, we needed temporary care to support her recovery at home. My aunt is a very private and independent person, so we were initially concerned about how she would adjust to having carers around. However, the team exceeded all our expectations.


From the outset, the carers

treated my aunt with warmth, dignity, and respect. They were not only attentive to her physical needs but also incredibly sensitive to her desire for privacy. Their professionalism and compassion quickly put her at ease, and it was clear they genuinely cared for her wellbeing.


They handled everything she needed with efficiency and kindness, always ensuring she was comfortable and reassured. It made a world of difference to know she was in such capable and considerate hands.


We are truly grateful for the care and support provided during this time-it gave us peace of mind and made a challenging situation much easier to manage.

Having no contact with my uncles carers other than administration, we have had no cause for concern since starting with Complete Care. They have always tried to accomadate his needs + timeframes, made difficult as it is a double care need family. I realise there is some resentment in having the need/cost
of carers but the care provided has enabled the family to stay as a unit. I find it somewhat upsetting that he doesn't know the names of carers following a lengthy period of personal care - have never questioned if they actually wear name badges/introduce themselves. Although very difficult to achieve I feel he would benefit from more interaction.

We can not recommend Complete Care Wakefield enough. Having dealt with other Care providers in the past they are by far the best. All staff are extremely polite, friendly and approachable. Dad really looks forward to his Care visits daily. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers, even encouraging
Dad to do tasks he often tries to refuse


The management team are excellent always deal with any queries we may have

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.


I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.


After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.
