We first started using Complete Care in Feb, but quickly increased their visits when we realised they were providing everything Mum needed. They managed to provide a consistent carer for the night shifts we needed, and the carer has been fantastic with Mum. They have even covered extra nights when we
have managed to get a break. We really couldn't manage without them, and Mum would have to go into a home, which we are trying very hard to avoid.
Reply from Sara Booth, Managing Director at Complete Care West Yorkshire LtdThank you so much for your lovely review. I'm really grateful that you've taken the time to share your experience.
It's wonderful to hear how quickly our team was able to adapt the support around your Mum's needs and provide consistent night care. Continuity is so important, especially overnight, and I'm delighted to know the care professional has been such a positive and reassuring presence for your Mum.
I'm also pleased we've been able to support you with additional nights when you've needed some well-earned rest. Helping families feel supported and confident is just as important to us as the care we provide.
Thank you for placing your trust in Complete Care West Yorkshire. Knowing that we're helping your Mum remain at home, where she feels safe and comfortable, is exactly why we do what we do.

The carers are very good, they are keen to put their routine into their time scale and usually manage it.
Reply from Sara Booth, Managing Director at Complete Care West Yorkshire LtdThank you for your kind feedback about our care professionals, we are really pleased to hear that you find them dedicated and effective in managing their routines while supporting your needs.
We are always happy to explore the option of increasing care time where this would be beneficial. However, as the care package is commissioned and funded through the local authority, any increase in time would need to be authorised by the allocated social worker, as we do not have control over the fees charged to or paid by the council.
We truly value your feedback and are grateful for the opportunity to support you. We very much look forward to continuing to work with you and, hopefully, increasing our 4-star rating to 5 stars in the future.

We can not praise Complete Care enough. From the management team to all the carers each and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure dad has all the best care required. All of the staff are extremely polite and friendly nothing is too much trouble. We approached Complete Care when initially looking
for a company to help out with dad's needs. Never regretted choosing this company. Nothing is too much trouble and they always ask him whether he requires any further assistance prior to leaving.
100% recommend this company

We have had Complete Care in place now for my mum since February 2025. As I live 200 miles away from mum I needed a service I can trust on several levels. I can highly recommend them for their excellent care, compassion and altruistic approach to their work.

Mum has two carers four times a day

who look after her, she is poorly and bed bound. They undertake her personal care, medication, meals and a wide variety of household tasks as required. They are caring, competent and very very organised.

Most of all I can recommend them because I know my mum feels safe, looked after and acknowledged at every call. They are like extended family to mum who has few visitors and family visiting. Their work allows mum to remain in her own home.

I can liaise easily at all times with the Office and out of hours staff if necessary who are always accommodating and caring in their approach.

I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Care West Yorkshire.

Reply from Sara Booth, Managing Director at Complete Care West Yorkshire LtdThank you so much for sharing such a detailed review. We're incredibly grateful for your kind words and for the trust you place in Complete Care West Yorkshire, especially given the distance between you and your mum.
It means a great deal to know that our care professionals provide not only high quality, organised care, but also compassion, reassurance, and a sense of safety at every visit. Hearing that your mum feels acknowledged and cared for and that our team feels like extended family is exactly the kind of impact we hope to have.
We're also pleased that you've found our office and out-of-hours teams approachable and supportive. Being able to communicate easily and feel listened to is so important, and we're glad we've been able to offer that peace of mind.
Thank you again for your recommendation and for allowing us to support your mum to remain safely in her own home. Your feedback will be shared with the whole team.

I can't praise the individual carers and team that look after my soon to be 90 year old mum. She recently broke her wrist in a fall and has needed more care to continue to live independently at home, without the compassion and help given by Complete Care West Yorks her staying at home would not have
been possible. Mum has had many carers over the past year and all have been brilliant, helpful and caring. Thank you from the family.
Reply from Sara Booth, Managing Director at Complete Care West Yorkshire LtdAs Managing Director of Complete Care West Yorkshire, thank you for your kind words, they mean a great deal to us.
It's a privilege to support your mum, and we're so pleased our team have helped her remain at home safely following her fall. Our care professionals work hard to provide compassionate, reliable support, and feedback like this reminds us why we do what we do.
I'll ensure your thanks are shared with everyone involved. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Generally, the care provided by Complete Care is very good. They do involve me in decisions regarding what I want and my opinion. I look forward to chatting with them each morning as they help me get shaved, washed and dressed. I am very happy with the quality of companionship care, which I have once
a week. We often go for a local walk, or if the weather is poor, we do my exercises, taught to me by my physiotherapist. I enjoy playing dominoes and painting, so we often do that during her call. I look forward to her visits and am pleased that I see the same carer each week, except when she is on holiday.
Reply from Sara Booth, Managing Director at Complete Care West Yorkshire LtdThank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review.
We are really pleased to hear that you feel involved in decisions about your care and that you enjoy the daily visits and weekly companionship sessions. It's wonderful to know that the consistency of seeing the same care professional each week, along with the activities you enjoy walks, exercises, dominoes and painting are making a positive difference to your life.
I did notice your rating for value for money, and I'd like to gently clarify that the fees you are charged are set by the local authority, not by Complete Care West Yorkshire. We deliver the care package they commission, but we do not control the cost of that package. That said, we always aim to ensure that every visit reflects the highest standards of quality and respect.
Thank you again for your feedback

I have only been using Complete Care for a few weeks for my Dad. From my first telephone call for initial information to putting a care package in place I have no complaints whatsoever. The carers that have visited my Dad have all been very good, helpful doing tasks that are needed, and given Dad new
people to talk to, which has been brilliant for him. They have also put in place an excellent home cleaner on a weekly basis for us too, who is very good, friendly and very thorough.
I would highly recommend this company for their expertise and caring to their clients.

Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd have been providing care for my elderly mother for several years now. The level of care has been increased as needed & this has enabled my mother to remain in her own home. She does not wish to move to a care home & would find this very stressful. As my mothers needs
have increased, Complete Care have stepped up to accommodate her requirements & have always demonstrated genuine care & compassion for which my mother & I are very grateful. I would definitely recommend Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd to anyone who may be lookings for a reliable high quality care provider. My mother will be 102 yrs old in a few weeks time.

Home care look after my elderly mother, with care and dignity. I am generally pleased with the service we get. Mum receives 2 visits a day. The only slight issue is with timings, on occasions when the carers are running late this hasn't always been communicated.
It's also a little disappointing that
we can't cancel visits well in advance to avoid payment for things such as hospital visits.
Reply from Sara Booth, Managing Director at Complete Care West Yorkshire LtdThank you for your feedback and kind comments about the care and dignity shown to your mother. We're pleased to hear you're generally happy with our service. Our carers support over 100 clients daily, and we work within a 30-minute window either side of the scheduled time to manage emergencies and delays. If we're outside of this window, we always aim to call ahead.Regarding cancellations, we pay our care team for late-notice cancellations as they rely on a stable income and are still scheduled to work. As a Living Wage Employer, we're committed to paying staff fairly. All of this is clearly explained at the initial assessment, and we pride ourselves on transparent pricing. We also don't charge extra for weekends or bank holidays, which offers added value for our clients. If you'd like to discuss anything further, please feel free to contact us directly.

Job Title: Trainer & Manual Handling Assessor Joined: 2011

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.

After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

'This year I have been nominated for the Care Trainer Award 2019, i am excited to be part of an amazing team that inspires and values passion'
