After using the care for only 2 months, which has been very good, I find it hard to put any more comments.

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received. The carers have been kind, helpful and punctual and cheerful.

Brilliant staff, give a lot of support and useful information. Try to cover unexpected unscheduled calls with minimum fuss. Would recommend Cygnet Care every time.

The carers are so good - friendly, bubbly, positive and genuinely care.

The office and management are also great, organised, receptive/responsive to requests. Proactive. A great sense of support for me and Mum.

My friend needs low-level care at the moment. But his needs have been and continue to be met very professionally and satisfactory. The carers are always punctual. Management also keeps me informed of any changes that are unavoidable. I have every confidence that as my friends need change to a higher level he will be well cared for by Cygnet care

We needed care for a 96-year-old on holiday in Devon. Cygnet Care was our choice. They were professional and diligent in their work, very friendly and helpful. They arrived on time every time. We could not have asked for more, will use Cygnet Care again if in Devon again. Would recommend them for anyone needing care in that area. 10/10.

Cygnet Care (Devon) is a small care company with the most fantastic staff. They have supported and cared for my mother for over five years now and I would thoroughly recommend their service to any age or need required. The care agency works hard to provide flexibility and encourage independence with the client, tailor making bespoke care plans to best suit the needs of the whole family. The care team who support my mum are the most amazing girls and I trust them and value their support and opinions whilst they help mum live out her life at home.

The service provided by Cygnet Care (Devon) Ltd has been wonderful. The professional team behind the scenes are understanding and always on hand to deal with emergencies and eventualities. My father in law likes all the carers and say they treat him with respect and dignity. The main positive is they stick to a few individuals to ensure he is familiar with them. They have all got us out of a few really sticky moments, issues which we are eternally grateful.

We are extremely happy with the care provided by Cygnet Care (Devon) Ltd for my husband. They provide excellent much-needed care for him.

The staff are always helpful and kind and attentive to all his needs which are many as his is peg fed and unable to walk at the moment due to having a stroke. We are very grateful for this excellent service.

I am very happy to write how kind and considerate I find my care help. She sees things that need doing without asking and her company is something I look forward to. I would be quite lonely without her visits.

I made a general enquiry to this company and the lady I spoke to was very helpful indeed. She seemed impartial and even though she could not help me directly, she gave me great advice which has allowed me to progress. I can thoroughly recommend her kind and caring approach, if this is an example of the whole company then I will do my best to do more business with them in the future.

Care/support and staff I'd say is excellent. I don't know first hand about the rest but I can't submit this review without filling those in.
