Very pleased with the service I receive. The carers are very kind and helpful.

Generally provide excellent care and deal with what can sometimes be a difficult client in a sensitive way. Management keeps me informed of all situations and when required offers good advice to resolve issues that may arise. Occasionally gets mixed up with rotas but sorted quickly.

Since setting up the care for my dad, which was done efficiently and easily, the care provided to him has been first class! The carers always arrive on time and my dad cannot speak more highly of them. This is all such a relief to me, living so far away. Thank you.

Daily visits from the carers, with their thoughtful companionship and assistance to my mother have allowed her to stay independently in her own home. They've also been a great source of advice for myself. I would highly recommend them.

All staff are well presented, they are friendly, kind and respectful. My personal care is respectful of my dignity and they follow care direction from the district nurses for the daily care of my legs, as they heal following injury.
