Overall Experience

Eden Care Services provided excellent support to my mum for a few years - as her dependency increased a couple of care workers in particular became almost like friends to my mum. I have been very grateful for the care and support that they have given - even when times became quite tough due to Mum's

difficulties the team at Eden Care Services were supportive and kind.

Overall Experience

I witnessed a carer visiting one of their clients. The visit was supposed to be a fifteen-minute visit and he was barely there for seven minutes. During the time he did not interact with the lady, who lives with dementia. He wrote notes in the file and answered a phone call on his mobile phone. He left

without asking any questions and as I say, no interaction!

As we had already rectified the issue with Carol we were shocked to read this review. When the carer arrived at the call he felt uncomfortable as there was nothing for him to do due to the fact it had already been done. We followed procedure, spoke with the carer and followed up the complaint with yourself afterwards to which you were happy with the response received.
