I have to say that the care provided by the wonderful ladies of Mears for my 93-year-old mum was excellent. They were caring, sensitive, friendly, I just knew my mum was in good hands. Mum's sister also praised the care given and felt they were a great support for her too.

Sadly mum has now passed away but I know my Aunt misses their visits still.

Overall Experience

I would like to put on record my gratitude for the high standard of care my father received at home in Thanet for several years before moving into a care home. I would be very happy to name the two carers who did most for him and who enabled him to be as independent as possible for as long as possible. I would like them to receive recognition for the care they provided for my father, which was always carried out with humour, courtesy and respect.
