The manager always tried to accommodate any extra time needed as Mum's condition deteriorated and would step in herself if staff weren't available. She is an outstanding manager and very caring.

Home Instead (Northwich) have provided our Mum with care services several times a week since mid-2023. We have been very impressed by all aspects of their service. The care professionals have each formed a lovely relationship with Mum and she always looks forward to their visits. They are highly professional in caring for Mum and let us know if they have any concerns. The office-based team are equally helpful and has shown great flexibility in adjusting schedules as Mum's needs have changed. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to anyone seeking support for an elderly relative who wants to continue living independently.

I have been impressed by the attention to detail by the office and the training you give to the carers you employ. Most of them so quickly pick up little things like where items are stored, filling of glass of water in my bedroom, emptying of waste bins etc. i.e. they show initiative when required. The office keeps a close check on whether carers actually arrive and makes the client aware if they expect to be late, i.e. good communication between carer and the office.

Home Instead provided support for my 82 year old mum who has Alzheimer’s. Their care professionals were so lovely patient and kind and their support enabled us to keep Mum living independently at home for 2 years before the need for 24-hour care meant she needed a care home. They accompanied Mum shopping, helped with light cleaning and food preparation and offered friendship and companionship. As Mum’s condition progressed they tailored their care to suit her needs and most importantly Mum looked forward to the visits.

I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough. My mum has recently started having daily visits; the ladies who care for her are endlessly kind, smiley and patient. My mum enjoys her visits and is more engaged and happy because of them.

I can't recommend the team at Home Instead highly enough, they are fantastic. Each person, whether that's an office member or care professional, genuinely cares about my mum. They are respectful but still manage to get difficult tasks done. They have bent over backwards to accommodate everything I've asked of them. My mum has gone from absolutely not wanting anyone in the house, to welcoming everyone with a smile on her face. I love the fact that they don't just rush in and out, but actually sit down with my mum, giving her companionship. I'm convinced that her dementia is not progressing as quickly as I'd feared because she now has so much good company. Thoroughly recommend.

The team at the office are super-helpful and lovely too.

Always friendly and positive. On time and really caring with my mother. She looks forward to their arrival. They cover all action points, take care to detail all issues and promptly report daily activity on their app which is really useful as I live 200 miles away.

The new app is so easy to use and very informative, allowing us to see exactly which carer is there, the time when they log in and out and a complete update on mum's wellbeing.

On the day of the move the manager even came to assist in getting Mum ready before waving us off. I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and her team and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a professional need.

The care Mum receives is excellent. Her carers are kind and caring and do everything to support Mum to remain in her home. They are always cheerful, positive and professional. The office staff are fantastic and very professional. They regularly visit and update care plans. All the carers are informed by email of the updates. The office staff are excellent at informing me of any concerns. I live 150 miles away from my mother and we could not manage Mum without the wonderful support of Home Instead.

Well looked after very reliable. Only use them for appointments at the moment. I am 94 and I might need more help in the future who knows?

Home Instead has exceeded our expectations. We have four carers, all different but all very good. Your team has provid3ed a wonderful service through my father's recent illness and death and supported my mother. We could not be more grateful.

Home Instead have provided us with care for a couple of years. For various reasons, we have had to alter our arrangements several times but Home Instead has always been willing to adapt to our needs. All the caregivers have been pleasant, efficient people who have provided a reliable and caring service. The management has been very willing to visit us to discuss our week and to see how they could best help us. Overall, we feel that we have had good value for the money we pay and will continue to use their services.

Very professional but at the same time very caring. Gave my mother care and support at a time when her health was deteriorating. Would recommend to others.
