My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the carers from Home Instead. My wife has Alzheimer's and the attention that she receives every morning have been greatly appreciated. Their attention to her needs and given to me have made our daily life so much better.
We have never been left without help and if arrival is delayed, even for a short time, we are always phoned with an explanation.
The carers are always cheerful and helpful. Prompt with medication taking regime and keep an eye out for me.

Meet the Team (4)
I had the pleasure of joining Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford in January 2021. I made the decision to join Home Instead after seeing first-hand through a close family member the difference they make in supporting people to remain safe and well in their own homes.
My career prior to joining was in the furniture retail industry where I held positions in area management and head of retail roles. I love working with people, so the combination of providing an excellent quality of care for the local community and being able to employ a fantastic team of local Care Professionals was the perfect match for me.
I live locally with my wife and three daughters. In my spare time I enjoy walking in the countryside and following motorcycle racing.
Through leading the team at Home Instead, I am determined to continue providing the best possible, personalised care to help people remain independent in their own homes across Northwich, Knutsford and surrounding areas.
After 20 years of working in care, with varying roles, I am delighted to have joined the Home Instead team to support the local community remain independent at home.
My name is Amanda, and after spending 20 years in Childcare and spending 10 years caring for elderly grandparents, I decided to bite the bullet and become a Care Professional for Home Instead, I can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made!
Being a Care Professional is so rewarding and in the time I have been with Home Instead I have progressed to Senior Care Professional and then onto Trainer.
I am married with 3 children and enjoy spending time with my family and socialising with friends
