Lauriem staff are always helpful, caring, and happy to help and support not only the service user but also the family. Their support has been greatly valued by our loved ones and our family as a whole. Knowing the care that is given when the family are having a rest day is a tremendous help.

My mother has been looked after by Lauriem Complete Care for five years. In the past months (May to June), she deteriorated in mobility and mental health. The team who have looked after her so well up til then have excelled in their care during this period. We cannot thank you enough.
