Lauriem Complete Care Ltd - Deal

I am electric wheelchair-bound and required a hoist for transferring to bed/wheelchair and back. Without exception all my carers are excellent. They are professional and most importantly they are pleasant company. I need full support including attending to pressure sores. I simply could not manage without their assistance.

We have used Lauriem Complete Care several times in the past few years. They have always provided a good and reliable service for my husband while we are on holiday in Deal.

Finance in the company is very poor with several errors and delays in collecting payments.

Some carers have particularly high standards.

Service is good; they ask me if everything is alright.

We find our experience with the staff overall very good. They are all friendly and professional some more than others.

Lauriem staff are always helpful, caring, and happy to help and support not only the service user but also the family. Their support has been greatly valued by our loved ones and our family as a whole. Knowing the care that is given when the family are having a rest day is a tremendous help.

My mother has been looked after by Lauriem Complete Care for five years. In the past months (May to June), she deteriorated in mobility and mental health. The team who have looked after her so well up til then have excelled in their care during this period. We cannot thank you enough.

The care I have received during the past over five and a half years has been second to none. I cannot praise it enough.

My carers are very helpful and assist me in many ways to keep me safe and without me having to worry.

I have no complaints about everyone who looks after my father-in-law. We get on well with all who call, they do what is needed. Everyone is great.

Thank you to all the carers who over the last couple of years have looked after my sister. Without you helping me cope was a hard task at times I shall miss you all for your support. You are a great team of staff, caring and companionate.
