My wife carers have a good relationship with her and are compassionate. Generally all good. Occasionally there is a lack of detail, example to use oldest food in the fridge first, or if food is not microwaved log enough its cold in places.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're really pleased to hear that your wife has built a good relationship with her care workers and that their compassion and care have made a positive difference. That trust and connection are at the heart of what we strive for.We also...
MNA home care services is a terrible care company. If I could give less than 1 star or a minus I would. One of the worst care companies I've had to deal with for my mums care, from October 2024 till beginning of February 2025. The main carers, and any additional carers, who were assigned to my mums care, were young, immature, had an answer for everything, showed no empathy and didn't listen to any suggestions. Plus their own personal hygiene was questionable to say the least. Their timing was all over the place, turned up whenever they wanted with no structure and didn't even spend the allocated time they were supposed too, were just on doing a quick job, making a mess and leaving. The office co-ordinators were useless and didn't action the simplest of asks and there was a clear disconnect between them and the carers. I would say to anyone to avoid using this company for your family members/loved ones. There are better options.
Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We were referred by the ICB as the 5th agency to provide care for your mother and made every effort to follow the protocols and instructions provided by the son. Our care workers were trained and informed about...
The management, staff and carers are friendly and easy to talk to. The carers are very patient in helping my father, who can be a little difficult at times in getting him to take a shower. They are very respectful and know how to deal with him in a calm, responsible and dignified manner. He jokes with them and shares his knowledge of old poetry with them.
Thank you for the kind words. We will continue to provide the best care to your Father.
The service to the client is great. Very kind, helpful and compassionate to the needs of the client. They are professional and respectful to the client. They are reliable and meet the client's needs at all times.
Thank you so much for your feedback. This will help us shape our services.
Carer was excellent to my mum and all her support is greatly appreciated during a difficult time. She was always on time, patient, kind, and attentive. Service has been invaluable from carer and the wider network.
Thank you for the feedback. We will continue to do what we do best, which is care.
One of my friend's dads uses the MNA Home Care Services, and I have noticed that the care worker is always so friendly whenever he visits. I actually got to meet him during one of those visits, and I really liked his character! I would definitely recommend this agency to others!
Thank you for the compliment. We are pleased about this and will make sure we continue with the excellent work.
This has to be the worst care agency ever. The grief, stress, lies etc caused by the coordinator were awful. They came as and when they felt like it, 8.30, 9.40, 9.45, 10, 9.30, 8.15 etc. If you want your family member to live, please do not use this agency.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and deeply regret the stress and frustration it caused. We understand how crucial consistent and reliable care is for you and your family, and we apologise for not meeting those expectations. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously,...
I would not recommend this company, especially as this was agreed as part of the palliative care. Surely, the care received towards end of life should be respectful and dignified.
