Agency provide personalised care to my elderly Father . He enjoys his independence and their daily visits enable him to stay independent. He has a small group of carers who are regular they know him and ove rthe years have got to understand his needs.

New Forest Homecare offers outstanding support to my mother, allowing her to remain in her own home. Each carer is compassionate, respectful, and dependable, taking genuine care to understand my mother's individual needs and preferences.

New Forest Homecare has looked after my 89-year-old mother for several months following breast cancer surgery. The care has been of the highest standard and all of the carers have treated her with dignity and kindness. They have made a very difficult period of time much more bearable and as a family, we have had absolute confidence in their care of her. Thankfully, Mum has made a good recovery and is able to be independent once more, which is what we were all working towards. As a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending the company and would like to express our thanks to all involved in her care.

The service my mother received from New Forest Homecare was outstanding. The staff were warm, efficient and used their initiative when necessary. They often went the extra mile to help my sister and I, who both live some distance from her, and I don't know what we would have done without them. They were sensitive about her personal care, and Mummy appreciated their affection and chats. They kept her fit and well for the 3 years we used them. We were sorry to lose them when we were forced to put Mum in a home. A sad day for us all.
