Overall Experience

My mother (93) has received daily personal care visits of one-hour duration for nearly two years from a team of experienced, attentive and friendly carers. The service has always been 100% reliable.
Communication with clients' family members is excellent. Daily reports prepared by the visiting carer

are made available to view via a secure mobile phone app, which is invaluable for giving peace of mind that all is well or sometimes identifying issues that may need attention.
I have total confidence in New Forest Homecare for providing professional, caring services, and am, therefore, more than happy to recommend New Forest Homecare to anyone seeking caring services for themselves or their loved ones.

Overall Experience

Staff always very kind and helpful. I look forward to their chat about the outside world. It is nice to know that my daughter can be contacted quickly through the care home staff when anything happens that calls for further help to be called for. I feel very safe with all that is offered so that I can

keep my independence.

Overall Experience

New forest Homecare are not only professional but really care about making my daughters life as good as possible but also enabling a degree of independence.
I have nothing but praise regarding the quality of care provided by New Forest Homecare.
Nothing is too much problem and someone is always available

to discuss any concerns.
The service provided gives me peace of mind for my daughter and myself.
I would highly recommend the service provided by the Carers and the full Team.

Overall Experience

Since arranging care for my dad who is blind, has dementia and decreasing mobility, I can not fault New Forest Homecare Ltd, they have never let him or my mum down and always come when they are meant to,
I am often visiting my parents when the carers are with them and they have always treated them

with kindness and dignity and go above and beyond!
They always keep me up to date with any problems and are easily contactable to discuss any concerns I have with my dad's health,
I honestly don’t know what we would do without them.
I would also like to mention the staff who visits my parents the most, he is an absolute star and my parents both think very highly of him.

Overall Experience

The carers are always so kind, professional and helpful. They anticipate my dad's needs and really go above and beyond to help him. The communication is good, so we always know how things are going. It gives me such peace of mind to know that Dad’s care is in their hands.

Overall Experience

We are very happy in the knowledge that our Father ( my father-in -aw) is being so well cared for.
There have been quite a few times when he's needed extra reassurance because his memory is declining and I have phoned the Carers and they have been a great help.

Overall Experience

New Forest Homecare has looked after my 89-year-old mother for several months following breast cancer surgery. The care has been of the highest standard and all of the carers have treated her with dignity and kindness. They have made a very difficult period of time much more bearable and as a family,

we have had absolute confidence in their care of her. Thankfully, Mum has made a good recovery and is able to be independent once more, which is what we were all working towards. As a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending the company and would like to express our thanks to all involved in her care.

Overall Experience

The service my mother received from New Forest Homecare was outstanding. The staff were warm, efficient and used their initiative when necessary. They often went the extra mile to help my sister and I, who both live some distance from her, and I don't know what we would have done without them. They

were sensitive about her personal care, and Mummy appreciated their affection and chats. They kept her fit and well for the 3 years we used them. We were sorry to lose them when we were forced to put Mum in a home. A sad day for us all.
