Nightingales have been a pleasure to have supported us. After a fall, my husband needed some caring support, and this was our first time having carers. They were easy to deal with on the phone, putting us at ease. One lady visited for an initial assessment, and we were able to start someone straight away at a time of our choosing. All their carers, without exception, have been delightful. We've had the most visits from one carer, who has been a real star. As my husband recovered, we reduced our support and have felt accommodated by Nightingales throughout. Very highly recommended.

We can't praise this company enough for their understanding, care and support of our late mother. All the carers went above and beyond to make life comfortable for her. She died peacefully at home with their support. Nothing was too much trouble. The family feel blessed to have found them.

It is rare in this modern age to receive service of such high standards. The administrator was helpful, efficient and in constant touch. The carers were, without exception, superb. They did their work well and in an extremely friendly and caring manner. Something is very right with a company and management who have such a good team.

Nightingales looked after my father-in-law for about 3 years. The carer who mainly looked after him was exceptional in her care for him, conscientious, managed to win his confidence and looked after him very well and with good humour. Nightingales were easy to communicate with and they kept us informed of any changes in his circumstances. The office staff has a deep understanding of the needs of older people, he was reassuring and kind. We were grateful to have found Nightingales.

My mother and father's carer is a credit to your company, always willing to listen and help as well as do whatever is necessary to make my parent's life easier. She has become a friend to all of our family and we will be sorry to lose her when my parents move.

The staff are reliable, friendly, and very helpful. They have coped well when I have been ill, ensuring that I receive the appropriate care. The service is excellent and there is monitoring to check that a high standard of care is maintained.

We needed a sitting service for my elderly father who suffers from dementia and a catalogue of various health issues. How fortunate we were to find Nightingales! I cannot praise them highly enough. My mother had a lot of appointments at the eye clinics and because of all the Covid restrictions and lockdowns, the appointments were booked at very short notice. Nightingales were absolutely amazing and ensured we always had a sitter which really helped during very stressful times.

In the two years we used Nightingales they never let us down. All the staff are knowledgeable, caring, cheerful, reliable and a credit to the company and their profession. As my father's care needs increased, both my parents really appreciated all the extra help. My father always looked forward to the visits as he regarded the carers as a ‘ray of sunshine'. I have absolutely no hesitation at thoroughly recommending the company to anyone seeking help for their loved ones. A million thanks to the team at Nightingales!

Best care company we have ever used. The standard of service is a definite 11/10. All the staff are friendly, bubbly and very compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble and the assistance provided was so much appreciated as it enabled my husband to stay at home for a longer period than would otherwise have been possible. He always appreciated his thorough shower, spa session and his trips around the village in his wheelchair. The reliability, trustworthiness and quality of service really helped to alleviate all the stress during the difficult Covid and lockdown times.

My mum was able to stay in her own home because of the care and compassion given by the girls from Nightingales Services Ltd. They provided all personal care and visited 4 times a day, always cheerful and chatty which is just what mum needed as she loved a natter. Mum passed away aged 92 in the home she had lived in for nearly 70 years. She loved all the girls that came to her not always remembering their proper names but they answered to whatever she chose to call them.

On top of the excellent care they gave my mum lots of laughter and love and she looked forward to them arriving. The support given to the family was exceptional and given at any time even if they were not on duty. I would recommend Nightingale as they are so much more than just a care company.

Nightingales Services Ltd carers have provided care for my father for over 2 years. Dad lost Mum and lived alone Nightingales provided care mornings and evenings. The care service enabled Dad to stay in his own home and he loved the carers arriving to get him up and put him to bed. Even if we were staying he still wanted Nightingales to come. They always arrived with a smile and all the carers were very professional but fun and Dad enjoyed their company. One of the carers was with Dad when he had a heart attack and held his hand so he was not alone. I will always be grateful for their kindness, patience and respect making Dad's final years without Mum bearable, thank you.

Nightingales is the best care company I have ever used. The carers are excellent with the care they provide and are always cheerful, whatever the task. They are respectful of the clients' feelings and situation and nothing is too much trouble. The Management is also commendable and they always try to accommodate any changes required. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10.

Nightingales worked with me and for me in taking care of my father who had Parkinson's. The entire team has been wonderful. They have been helpful, supportive, totally reliable and trustworthy, and utterly kind. They made a very difficult time easier. This is a first-class care provider.

My wife and I are the Lasting Power of Attorney for her 105-year-old aunt. Auntie lives independently in her own flat and was extremely self-sufficient until after her 101st birthday. Since then we have had the same two carers, one for six days per week and the other for one day a week providing care three times a day. Each carer covers the other for holidays and sickness and so there hasn’t gone a day go by when Auntie has not received the care she needs. Auntie loves both carers and they, in turn, love her. We are extremely happy with the care that Nightingales provide and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who need a similar care package.

My late father who was 93 had COVID19 in March 2020 and was hospitalised and then had respite care in a care home but wanted to be independent. Social services put in a care package and a care company who were terrible, missing calls not getting to my dad until 11.00 am and as a diabetic was not acceptable. I then contacted Nightingales, who agreed to take over my dad's care package and it was the best thing I did. All the carers at Nightingales gave excellent care and support by not only caring for my dad's needs but also taking the time to talk to him. My dad could be difficult at times but the staff always made time. Nightingales never missed a call and were always around the times agreed. I could always call Nightingales if I needed special support for example if my dad needed to attend a medical appointment, they would ensure that he was ready. The staff at Nightingales were always of a friendly disposition and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend their services.

We moved dad to Burnham after losing my mum, as close to 3 children, the carers have been absolutely brilliant with my dad. If they had any concerns they would always ring me or my brothers, writing daily in a book when they’ve visited him, so we knew what was going on as dad has dementia and would swear blind he hadn’t seen anyone. It is only now we need him to have more care as he is locking himself out, therefore we need to have more support for him. Can 100% recommended these ladies.

I was recommended to have Nightingales care for my Mum from another very satisfied client and I couldn’t have made a wiser choice. All the staff are amazing, Mum loved them and they were so kind, thoughtful and caring. Mum can be difficult at times, but they all gave her complete support, without any hesitation and I was always able to talk to the Manager who helped me and my mum sort any problems. Mum always had the same Carers on her timetable and they all got to know Mum really well and often brought her little gifts and things to cheer her up. I sadly had Carers before for my brother and they were a nightmare, constantly changing staff, not turning up on time and not ever getting to know my brother properly and sadly not really caring. Nightingales were a dream Company for me and my family and I can recommend them and constantly do to other families, the NHS and Social Services as the management and staff are a Care Company who should be very proud of what they achieve.

Nightingales services have been a genuine lifesaver for my mother during this horrible pandemic. My two sisters and I all work for the NHS so have been unable to support our very frail mother during this time. Mum was very against having help from carers, but her carer has been so understanding and supportive. My mum now loves the carers coming; they have been able to adapt to provide just the right help for my mum, including managing her shopping and getting food ready. We thoroughly recommend Nightingales; I don't know what we would have done without them.
