Prior Care have been outstanding. The carers are professional, courteous and kind. My mother has 1 carer, Leigh, who attends to my Mum in the morning and mid day, and she is absolutely fabulous. She goes over and beyond her normal duties and always meets all my mother's needs with a smile. Alex is the tea time carer and she also ensures my mother has a shower, prepares her tea, and is happy to be of assistance in all that she is asked. Lately, as holiday cover, my mother has been attended to by Ruth. Another carer who, along with Leigh and Alex, are excellent representatives for Prior Care, who deliver all and much more, than what is advertised. Prior Care, you have wonderful carers who are employed by yourselves and they reflect what you say you will do for our loved ones.

I cannot speak highly enough of Prior Care and I have complete confidence in them caring for my dad. Their communication is excellent and they address any concerns or requests that I have swiftly and effectively. They keep me completely informed at all times and nothing is too much trouble. Dad has a small group of regular carers which is so important as they are familiar faces that he trusts. They interact with him and provide the best care that I could wish for. Dad and I feel lucky to have them! What more can I say:-)

Cared for my wife with respect and dignity. The carers seemed to become part of the family and gave me very useful advice with respect to my wife's symptoms. Contacted medical teams as and when needed.

Without them my mum would struggle on a day to day basis.

The carers are all very helpful, all I require is help to dress, the only thing I would say is they are not very reliable in keeping to the time I am expecting them to call. They sometimes come quite late and I never really know what time to expect them.

She notices if mum is not herself and contacts me whenever necessary.

I simply don't know where we would be without them.

Based on my previous experiences with another agency, they don't offer much basic care. In contrast, Prior Care excels in this area. Their caregivers are well-trained and very patient with clients. Additionally, the caregivers are always punctual, with no delays from the previous caregiver.

I don't have any communication directly with the company but the service my mum receives from prior care and a wonderful carer, she always goes the extra mile to help care and support my mum.
