Sisterly Care Ltd have provided wonderful support to our family in very challenging times and more importantly, exemplary care to my mother. We are provided with the same carer, who is very kind to my mother and who is exceptionally reliable. The back office staff are also very good and easy to deal
with. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Living alone is tough and when I realised I needed support, I turned to Sisterly Care. They came and met me, listened to what I needed and introduced a care plan which really helps me. The carers understand the best way to assist me with daily jobs and treat me with respect, this has helped ease the
responsibilities on my family. I have already recommended Sisterly Care to others and a big thank you to all their staff.

Sisterly Care have assisted for the past 4 years. I am pleased with the assistance throughout this period. I have personal care 4 times a day including weekends. Staff are very cooperative in helping my position.

Sisterly Care is one of the best agencies I've used for care. They've kept themselves small and more personal. They'll always listen to what you have to say on the phone and remain polite even with a small issue, other agencies haven't been so polite. They also always warn me if there is a problem with
getting a carer to me or if the times need to be changed. Sometimes carers can be a bit off and some come very early sometimes. The agency is aware of this.

My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and Sisterly Care provided his end of life care.
What can I say, they were absolutely wonderful.
All the care staff were very caring and provided both myself and my husband the support we both needed. Not only were they considerate to him but helped me with
both the practical and emotional side.
They were all so kind the day he passed away and took control of everything for me.

From the initial contact with my mother's carer, the service has been very good. My dad is happy with the service and it has been flexible to meet his needs. Only comment I would have is that he often has different carer's which is not a real problem, but it takes him a while to get used to his new
person.

The team are very friendly and helpful. I am treated with respect and dignity. If I am ill or poorly when they arrive to shower and dress me, then they call my daughter. This rarely happens though my being ill.

Sisterly Care provide carers who do exactly as we have requested and take into account what mum asks them too. As time has progressed, care needs have changed and a call to the office has resulted in the required changes being actioned.


There have been occasions when doctors or nurses have been

needed and carers have organised this and informed us. We are pleased with their work. The carers write a log which keeps us informed of practical difficulties they have come across.

Since I only have a carer once a week for a quarter of an hour to wash my left leg, my experience provided by the staff is very restricted. I have had treatment from many of the staff; on all occasions, they have been very courteous and capable, including the management.
