We were looking for a new team of carers for 93Yr old mother, a chance meeting led us to Sisterly Care and from there on nothing was too much trouble, all carers were fully committed to caring for Mum, giving us peace of mind until Mum passed away very recently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sisterly care.

Sisterly Care look after the personal care for my father. They are polite, attentive, caring, and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. They also provided extra support for my mum when she had an operation. Their communication with my sister and I is excellent. I would highly recommend their services. It is reassuring having them looking after and watching over my parents when I unable to be there. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and assist me with all aspects of my needs. They do not rush me and are happy to let me do things that I can do still.

Compared with other home care services, I am finding the company very reliable and most helpful in every possible way. Unfortunately, my care is very restricted but I am well satisfied with the treatment I am receiving and the staff at all levels are most helpful and understanding of my needs.

Staff always willing to do extra.
We have been very grateful for the care given to my husband, 93. They go in 30 minutes each morning, the girls get him up, put him in the bath using bath riser. Dry, dress and leave him in the upstairs sitting room. They are usually on time. Invariably encouraging and positive. The girls have become valued friends.
I am satisfied. They are all on time.
Carers are very good. Office staff dealing with schedules very good. Office staff dealing with bills and payments unreliable and need a shake up. Too much reliance on computers.
Unfortunately, this lady had some confusion with an invoice, after dealing with her situation it was concluded that she had overlooked two invoices with the same amount but different dates. She thought she was paying the same invoice twice and so was not impressed by Management for asking for another payment. All turned out OK in the end so we hope her feelings towards us have now changed too.
I am very pleased with the care I receive. My carers are all very kind and caring. I sometimes feel confused and a bit disorientated when I wake up in the morning, but having someone there to get me breakfast and reassure me is a great comfort. It is nice to have a chat and see a cheerful face, as I feel a bit lovely at times. I think it's also reassuring for my family to know that I have someone popping in at breakfast and teatime to check on me. I don't always remember their names but I do recognise their faces and I have become very fond of them.
I have been impressed by the staff, who are cheerful and business like, but who generally find a few minutes for a laugh and a chat, and who check that I am comfortable.
I don't yet need personal care, but if that day comes I would not hesitate to employ Sisterly Care - it seems to me that they have the right ethos, and I have already recommended them to a friend, who I believe now employs their staff.
