The staff member has always arrived on time, always very polite and helpful. An efficient, friendly member of the St George's Home Care team.

I'm also impressed with how easy it is to communicate with St George's. I can call or email the office with instructions, and they seem to appear on the carer's phone almost immediately. Our primary carer has been a total star. Mum and her giggle like two little school girls and she seems to have the magic touch and can get Mum to eat her food, do her exercises and behave! She's got the hang of the house and my mum's preferences quickly and now just gets on with supporting our mum. My mum says she has been a lifesaver. Overall, the carers we've had have been fantastic, and my mum continues to recover well thanks to the care she's received.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I often meet St Georges carers when visiting my brother and have always found them generally friendly, helpful and caring despite the difficulties that are sometimes presented. My brother looks forward to their visits. On many occasions, staff have reported health problems (mainly to do with catheter problems), as a result of which Community nurses or a local doctor have been called and managed the condition. As next of kin it is easy to communicate with the managers, who have kept me informed of developments.

They make sure she is eating and drinking water and care is taken to ensure her early morning washing and dressing is up to scratch. Above all my sister is happy to have them in her home.

Really good care given. Cheerful and efficient. All the carers do care and work while here. Beds made, washing hung out and put away. One of the ladies gave assistance when I cooked mousaka.

I find all the carers most helpful and do as I ask.

All of us have strengths and weaknesses. This is also true of the carers. All lovely ladies but some are better than others at different tasks. What I need is the consistency of carers. I find it very tiring and annoying having to keep explaining to new carers each time. It must be difficult for them as well. That said, all have been willing to do whatever I have asked of them, with kindness and courtesy.

Excellent home care service for my mother over the last 6 months. Always on time and polite carers. Easy contact with the office and manager to alter any dates to our home plan. My mother is very happy with all her carers and looks forward to seeing them every morning and some evenings.

All in all, a very good service and I would recommend St George's to anyone needing care for a loved one.

The carers are friendly and helpful and do their best to make one as comfortable as possible in the time allocated to them for each visit.

I am extremely happy with the service provided and staff St George's Home Care employ.

I would also appreciate carers to come by 9.00 on Thursdays as I have a regular engagement at 10.00 on Thursdays.

As a client, I have never had to complain about anything or anyone. Would never want to change.

The office staff do their best to accommodate this requirement. Having the same carers enables me to develop a relationship with them.

I deal with tablets etc myself and normally the carer microwaves my lunch and makes sure I do not need outside help.

You gave me a welcomed cup of tea in bed and any problem, you let my son know I was safe. I don't know what I would do without your care. Thank you.

My two main carers are excellent. Others who come occasionally may not always reach the above standard.

I only use St George's for house cleaning, not care. However, the cleaner usually shows an interest in my well-being and I know makes a note on the record each week. Cleaning is done adequately but not with great thoroughness. The staff are polite and accommodating.
