My mother has been supported in her daily tasks every day by the dedicated and competent staff of this amazing care company. They have made extra ordinary effort to create a real bond of friendship and help over the last year, with mother and her husband, who suffers dementia. We simply could not support our parents independent living without them.

The care provided by the ladies from The Caring Company has been amazing, with attention to the client's needs being constantly adapted to her changing condition. The majority of carers are kind, caring and compassionate and demonstrate they are happy in their work. All staff are dressed in uniform which demonstrates familiarity to the client's needs being, especially when they have advanced dementia. I have worked with many care companies, and The Caring Company easily satisfies my standards. Communication between the office and carers could sometimes be better but on the whole, this is acceptable and I have been happy to support remotely. I would have no problem with highly recommending The Caring Company to anyone initiating care for their loved ones.

The staff are all very caring, considerate, efficient and friendly. They produce a weekly rota, showing who will come and when. They stick to this and are very willing to adapt to our requests when they are given notice in advance. They are very aware that they are in our home and treat both it and us respectfully.

I have used this company for the past 18 months now, to oversee me taking a bath in case I have difficulties and do some household chores. They are very friendly, punctual and treat me with care and dignity. They helped me with some additional tasks like assisting with a covid test and moving some heavy kitchen appliances. I am unable to do these myself and to have some to call on has made a world of difference to me. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Office staff have been good too if I need to rearrange a visit. I really can't fault them.

I have generally been satisfied with the care I have received. The carers are all friendly and helpful.

The Caring Company are both approachable and professional. The Office staff are really helpful and always willing to help and provide information. Their patience and flexibility with our ever changing situation has been much appreciated. The Carers are warm and friendly to Mum and with their care Mum is continuing to live at home. Manager are very approachable by phone and email. Very helpful in many situations. I feel very supported. Staff are friendly and helpful to mum and very pleasant.

The Caring Company have been providing an excellent service for my mum who has been diagnosed with Dementia and is still living in her own home. They provide daily home visits, do her weekly shopping and also take mum to doctor and hospital appointments when we are not able to do as we live 2.5hrs away.

We have been using the services of The Caring company for a number of years now for my mum and more recently my dad. All the care is delivered in a patient, caring, thoughtful & pro-active way, making sure my parents are well cared for in a safe and dignified manner. Not only are care needs addressed in a professional way there is always time for some friendly banter which is just as in important on a day to day basis for my parents.

They report any issues in a timely manner to the office and the family ensuring the safe continuation of care is received. Thank you Caring Company for your continued care and help, we couldn't ask for more :)

My father has been a client for many years now. The care, consideration and empathy of the Carers has been excellent - to the extent that Dad regards them as friends and indeed an important connection to life outside the flats. In fact he knows more about what goes on locally than we do! The communications have been always timely and service has been without fault.

A friend suggested I should try contacting this company - it seemed obvious to her that I might need some help. The person who came and still comes once a week is kind, sensible, helpful and willing to do any jobs I ask to be done - Also she will sit and talk with me - which is important. To be able to speak to someone face to face is important. Most of my friends live a way off. While phone calls are nice it isn't the same as talking to someone in the room with you.

My care has been good to excellent. The company has taken care of me and helped with all my needs.

The Caring Company have been caring for my husband. In this time the number of visits each day has increased. Each visit has been a joy. The staff have been kind, friendly, consistent and reliable. They are efficient and tidy. I do recommend them to anyone who is looking for a group of people who live up to the name of the company. It is now over 6 months that they have been visiting.

My dad is a very difficult person who tries to reject help/support although he desperately needs it to live independently. The owners are calm, professional and support to me and my father. The care staff are without exception diligent, professional, understanding and supportive. The communication is excellent, every call/email is responded to. I cannot fault them.

The service that my wife receives is excellent, the carers are all understanding and patient with her problems, she can have a good laugh. They can really cheer her up, and I can phone up and speak to staff if I have a problem and they help me so well.

We first started using The Caring Company in Didcot after Mum needed help with Dad, about 8 years ago. As many people do, Mum trawled through many companies' reviews to find the best. I am so happy to leave this review, as we still continue to use them for Mum now following the passing of Dad. The most comforting thing for me (Daughter) is the reliability of this company and their carers. They cover shifts in advance, and last minute, and I have complete peace of mind, knowing they will be there. Their carers are friendly, caring, efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. Records are updated regularly, and communication with me is super efficient. I never need to worry now. Highly recommended for anyone looking for care for elderly parents.
