The Caring Company provides a home care service that supports people living in the Didcot area of Oxfordshire, promoting independence and to assisting them to remain living in their own homes.

They offer a range of flexible services that can be personalised to each client's needs, either on a long or short-term basis.

The Company recognises that often care needs are identified by relatives, so works with everyone involved to ensure an acceptable care plan is established and successfully implemented, ensuring the individual's needs are recognised and allowing for a safe level of independence as required.

Care workers are encouraged to engage with clients to ensure the care is appropriate to each client's changing personal needs, therefore supporting clients and their families.

Good efficient service on a consistent basis. Carers look after my mum really well. It is a very personal service. Carers are friendly and treat my mum as a human being. They are very adaptable and have found practical solutions to my mum's needs which have enabled her to remain at home, which is what
she wants.

Every carer who has been here to assist Mum has been professional in their approach. Any time there have been alterations to her care or their rotas we have tackled it between us to both of our satisfaction. They treat mum as you would wish your mother to be treated.
I can't say better than that. I
have full faith in their care and have had a few laughs along the way with them.

The Caring Company have been providing care visits to Mum for a year now. Mum has no memory, but since the visits started, she has been much happier in the morning. Without the visits, Mum would sit all day in her pyjamas and lack any motivation.

All the staff are competent, caring and conscientious. They treat me with dignity and as a person rather than just a client. They also appreciate that this is my home. We are given a helpful rota every week which is followed punctually. With notice, this can be adjusted to suit specific requirements.
There are also six monthly reviews.

Friendly, efficient and understanding. The booking of the care is easy. The carers are all totally sympathetic. The whole experience has been caring. We'd had good conversations and some laughs.

Friendly, supportive, considerate staff. Once carer who visits most frequently goes above and beyond. We're so grateful that Mum has a level of support and safety she needs. No complaints.

The Caring Company has been doing my dad's housework for a while but recently had to get another carer in to just monitor his meds and moods. The manager is always at the end of the phone if any extras need to be done. The two carers Dad has are lovely.

Always very helpful and try their best to cover extra visits at the last minute when needed.
Carers are respectful and reliable arrive on time and keep me well informed of any problems. My father looks forward to them coming and always says he is treated with kindness and they are always friendly.

When I found it increasingly difficult to care for my wife who has Alzheimer's The Caring Company was recommended by a friend. Since we have contacted them we have received excellent care from them. My wife who can be difficult when new people come into our house is extremely happy with her regular
carer and has come to regard her as a friend. Care is well organised and arrives on time and is provided with care and attention to both of us.

The Caring Company carers have established a good rapport with Mum, she always says how good they are. They are always easy to deal with and contact me if there are any problems or things they think I should know about. All of Mum's needs are taken care of, hygiene, feeding, washing, bed made etc.
Cannot
recommend them highly enough.

In the three years plus of using the company to look after my dad and mum (the last two and a half years just my mum). The management and carers have been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble, changing times of visits etc. The carers had become like family to my mum, brightening up her day,
they were so lovely to her. I want to thank fur carers for organising all the help for my mum. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My mum recently had to move into a care home because of her increased needs but all the while at home the caring company made her life as best it could be.

My sister is losing her eyesight with AMD and was very reluctant to accept the need for help. The people at The Caring Company in Didcot have been very gentle with their approach to her and understanding. This has allowed for a gradual increase in the amount of help that she feels comfortable with.
There
is an easy and regular dialogue with the management and their wonderful staff, in order to sort out the evolving needs of my sister. My family and I do not live in the UK so having The Caring Company help allows my sister to remain in her much-loved home.

I have complete faith in the ability of all the staff to do a perfect job. They are all caring and polite at all times and respectful of my needs as well as my husband's requirements at all times. The office staff are also very helpful with regard to extra needs if and when required. I am totally satisfied
with all aspects of this care package and would definitely recommend them to any interested parties.

We have been using The Caring Company for over a year now and I have had no hesitation in asking them to increase care when my mother, with Alzheimer's, required extra support. They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating in meeting our needs.
The staff are really caring and go out of their
way to ‘see’ what needs doing and are calm and reassuring in their manner with my mother. Their communication is excellent and my father has been particularly pleased with their excellent timekeeping.
