Assured Care is a wonderful agency, and I can't recommend them enough! From the first point of contact, their team was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. They took the time to listen carefully and understand exactly what kind of care was required for my mum. The caregivers are all highly professional, compassionate, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure that every need is met. The quality of care provided has been exceptional and not only are they skilled in their work, but they are also kind and friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and comforting. Communication with the agency is always clear, and they are proactive in following up, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I truly feel that my mum is in great hands. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service. My wife has been looked after by this company for 6 months now and all the carers that have visited our home for the sitting service have been kind, compassionate and cheerful. They are managed by two very efficient people, who are understanding to my wife's needs. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a client of The Portsmouth Sitting Service for the last 7 months and they have been absolutely amazing.
