Versacare were great at making sure my husband's needs were always met and very professional at all times. I trusted their professionalism and they allowed me to enjoy my husband's company without worry. His last carer was extremely caring, patient and gentle as well as being efficient. She was also very companionable to me. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

I am a patient of Versacare. My care needs are always changing and I have now had two live-in carers from Versacare and can only say positive attributes. The carers have gone way beyond the call of duty to make sure I am safe and cared for to a very high standard. Nothing is ever too much trouble...
I am a patient of Versacare. My care needs are always changing and I have now had two live-in carers from Versacare and can only say positive attributes. The carers have gone way beyond the call of duty to make sure I am safe and cared for to a very high standard. Nothing is ever too much trouble their kindness, expertise and patience are exemplary. My only concern is how my carer is treated by her employer, Versacare. I believe the pay is very low compared to other care companies. Surely, there must be a different rate, according to the disability of the patient, and the number of hours required during the day and night. Care needs vary from person to person, and that should be reflected in the carers package from her employer.
It saddens me greatly to know that carers give up their homes with their families to come and look after people like me, and yet they are paid such a low rate. This part of the review doesn’t get any stars from me.

At last, I can relax confidently knowing Dad is being looked after by someone who really cares. At last, I can relax confidently knowing Dad is being looked after by someone who really cares. It’s tough and scary when your loved ones become unable to look after themselves and although I supported Dad/my parents for nearly three years every day, whilst balancing my own job, I knew it was time to accept professional help as sadly, I just couldn’t manage anymore. Thankfully Versacare were able to provide just what we needed. My dad's calm and happy and for the first time in three years, I’m now a daughter instead of a carer with quality time to spend with him.
