Home Instead senior care (Warrington) is a well run company. They provide good communication and endeavour to match appropriate carers to the service user.
The service offered by Home Instead has been excellent. It was good that the same three came so regularly ad stayed for one or two hours. The carers were all very kind, helpful, knowledgable, capable, reliable and punctual. Although I used the "sitting service" they took mu husband for walks as much as possible. I learnt a lot about caring for my husband. Yes, it is expensive but necessary and welcome help. I felt they cared for me as well and sorry to say goodbye to them all. Home Instead wonderful in arranging visits even at short notice when I was having problems
Very pleasant and professional assigned staff and also cover staff, when necessary. Covers come prepared and briefed (but the only room for improvement was the managers/coordinators did not advise me when cover staff were sent). The carers were friendly and willing to assist while adhering to the main care plan. They helped to cheer me up when I was in pain or upset and accurate documentation was maintained. I no longer have care but I will miss the carers who helped me to recover.
My thanks go to all the staff who assisted at our time of need and were so patient with all the calls I made to them. The whole experience was challenging for the family, as well as my mother.

Because of Home Instead Mum was able to come out of hospital weeks earlier than if we have waited for the NHS to sort it out. The Warrington Home Instead team were fantastic with Mum they even trained on using a Nutricia feeding machine to help with her tube feeding. The caregivers were lovely and very well matched to Mum. Overall a good service provided. Carer always arrived on time. Standard of care provided variable dependant upon carer. Some lacking in initiative or lacking in insight in relation to needs/mental condition of the client. Apparent reluctance to provide a shower at times or to provide more varied catering. Daily records not always appropriate.

We have been using Home Instead for a few years now, and my mum loved all of her carers who often went above and beyond what was expected. Unfortunately, my mum has not got dementia, and although Home Instead has helped keep her in her own home for a few years, she now needs full-time care and has moved to residential. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Help was only ever a call away.
I will always recommend this company, and if it wasn't for my grandad now needing 24/7 care he would still be on their client list.

My mother has a support package from Home Instead for 18 months. The staff were all a credit to their employer and provided a first-class care and support package to my mother. The regular feedback and liaison from the whole team provided me and the family the reassurance we needed. This allowed Mum to live independently for as long as possible. She was treated with dignity and all the carers have become personal friends of mother and the family.
Home Instead provided excellent care to my father. The carers always went the extra mile to ensure Dad was happy and settled. The service provided was always focussed on Dad's needs, never a standard service, and the carers always contacted my sister and I if something was not quite right.
The two men who came to see my husband were very good for him. He enjoyed their company, their short walks and rides out for lunch. They were very polite and considerate.
My mum required four carers to visit her four times a day - this ensured her to live at home, fully supported after my father passed away. She was so relieved and happy to be able to live at home, and my brother and I were delighted that she was happy, and the care provided by all of the carers was outstanding. We got to know them all personally; they provided such thoughtful and excellent care for my mum, and we could not have wished for better. The manager and her team in the Warrington office were brilliant, and they were so kind to us when our mum passed away. Thank you very much indeed.
My mother received care at home provided by Home Instead, until she needed to move into residential care in April 2020. Home Instead tried hard to achieve consistency of staffing, so that she was not attended by people who didn't know her. They mostly managed to achieve that, which was very important to us. The standard of care was good and the two carers who supported her regularly, were dependable and kind; enabling her to remain semi-independently in her own home for as long as possible. The office staff and management were approachable and helpful and communication was generally good.
Home Instead was highly reliable, giving my father high-quality companionship and care he needed as a dementia sufferer. Very happy with the service provided.
Since our mother died three years and left a sizeable gap in the family, especially where Dad was concerned - mainly because he was unable to take care of himself. Getting Home Instead involved was a good thing we did because it filled a gap where myself and my brother's could fit in around. Without Home Instead and our involvement, Dad could've been in a care home, instead of being at home. We've has a few blips in the last years, but it could have been worse.

My wife often asks me "Are you going to put me in a care home?" I assure her that we are staying in our home. I have watched this homecare agency grow over several years and am impressed by it. They recently rightly won an award as one of the best local agencies of the National Home Instead organisation. They adapt well to the specific needs of each client and family carer.

I help guide care professionals through the hiring process, manage offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. My goal is to match the best talent with the right roles to meet the company’s staffing needs.
