On many occasions the carers went above and beyond, what they needed to do for Mum and for that, we thank them.
Home Instead provided an excellent service during a difficult time for the family.
Understandably my elderly parents were reluctant to accept help and were wary of having people other than family around their house. However, from the word go their caregiver made them feel at ease, and now they really enjoy her company while she is busy doing chores around the house on their behalf.
Recently when an emergency arose their caregiver and the whole HI team did all that they could to offer help and support. We could not have asked for more and are very appreciative and grateful to them.

My elderly mother recently died aged 96 having suffered from Alzheimers and Parkinsons for the last few years. For a start, my mother hated having people in her home, but because Home Instead provided continuity of staff (as far as possible) the carers were able to build a good rapport until in the end, they were more like friends, and she was glad of their company. Lastly, as my mother deteriorated, they managed to arrange extra visits at short notice and any issues were flagged and dealt with. Home Instead carers and management enabled her to stay at home, until the end and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
Overall service was good, with information and set up of service. Flexibility for service times was good. Certain carers in attendance were really good and gave my Mum support and help, doing their best. For improvement, communication to and from your centre could be a hit and miss e.g. Not informing change of carers. We did ask for certain criteria, however, emergency facilitates the need (carers going sick). Would recommend the service onwards, but would speak of lessons learned.
Home Instead enabled my mother to remain in her own home for several more months when we otherwise would have had to put her in a care home. The carer very quickly struck up a warm relationship with my mother and was able to help with bathing and other personal care. Just a few hours a week took a lot of pressure off me and my brother
Very professional and caring. All carers treated client with respect and listened to his needs and wishes. I felt confident to leave my husband with any of the carers knowing he enjoyed their company.
Very good service, my husband was very well cared for and looked forward to them coming.
The care that my husband has received has been excellent, always arriving on time the carer treats him with kindness and dignity even when the situation has been a little difficult due to being tired and not feeling well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other people.

From the changeover in July 2018, after meeting their representative, and the excellent professionalism that has followed with their staff and record keeping and the care given by their employees.

I would recommend Home Instead most highly. They provided excellent support towards my mother. They introduce the carer to the client prior to regular visits which helps in establishing a familiar face and alleviate any anxieties. The office staff are very pleasant and liaise with the care staff which is essential in sharing information. This helped tremendously when phoning, as I felt. Our business relationship was professionalism and very well informed. Nothing was too much trouble.
Home Instead Senior Care have, over 6 years, provided an excellent companionship and "friendship" to my auntie. They have enabled her to continue to live independently and have outings and care of the most excellent quality. Without this care and commitment, I would have had to consider alternative arrangements. My auntie is now in full residential care (as is needed now) but still misses her "friends" from the Home Instead Senior Care team. Thank you so much for all that you did for her. My eternal thanks.
The team in Home Instead Warrington are super with my Great Aunt. Before my Great Aunt started to receive care from the lovely girls at Home Instead, she was unable to get out and about as much. My aunt always has the same people going in, they treat her really well and take time to chat and give companionship. We were disillusioned as a family as we have had care from other providers which has been poor. Home Instead are a breath of fresh air and we couldn't be without them.

I also monitor progress, offer guidance to clients and families, and help manage resources to ensure optimal care and well-being.
As a recruiter, my role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill job openings. I collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, post job listings, review CV’s, and conduct initial interviews. I help guide care professionals through the hiring process, manage offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. My goal is to match the best talent with the right roles to meet the company’s staffing needs.
