Alina Homecare Bromsgrove

Alina are an outstanding service. Every step of the journey has been kind, caring and understanding. Our original plan was for Mum to have a companion service to keep her company following the death of her husband and whilst I was away on holiday. I chose Alina due to the excellent reviews and a CQC outstanding rating. The companion service was brilliant and Mum enjoyed chatting and having someone to take her out for a couple of hours. Sadly 8 weeks ago Mum fell and broke her shoulder. Thank goodness we already had Alina in place. The companion service was swiftly changed to a four times a day visit from Alina's wonderful pool of carers. Mum was cared for and she always said how lovely and kind they always are. Helping Mum with washing, preparing food and just listening and chatting with Mum. She genuinely looks forward to the visits at a time when she most needed it. As a family we have been comforted to know Mum is cared for so well. The app is great as well!

All the carers I met were so professional & kind making the delivery of personal care far easier than I could have hoped for. Everyone's bright & cheery approach raised my spirits during some difficult days. Very grateful for the care provided.

Alina Homecare looked after my sister for 2 and half years.During that time she was provided with 1st class care.All the carers are really friendly and supportive as is Janice the branch manager.My sisters heath has deteriorated and she is now living with family.Alina always answer the phone or have an answering machine where they return calls promptly.They never let us down and even gave my sister her calls when there was thick snow on the ground.I never felt uncomfortable phoning them to discuss my sisters needs.My sister did have a numerous falls when she was on her own.If Alina found her they phoned our family or an ambulance,always waiting after their call times if necessary.As a family we cannot thank them enough and know where would be our first point of call if we have any care needs in the future Thank you ,Alina.

My husband was taken ill in late 2025 which necessitated two people to lift him and move him from bed to chair and back in the evening using various lifting equipment. Alina provided care for him from the 1st January, 2026 until the beginning of April by which time he had recovered sufficiently for me to take over his care. During those months all the staff gave him professional but friendly, cheerful and caring attention with a sense of humour that he much appreciated!!! They were also always punctual and able to fit in with preparing him for ambulance transfers by stretcher or wheelchair to hospital appointments on several occasions. Without their help and encouragement I'm sure that he would not have made the progress he did. The management staff were also very approachable and willing to offer guidance that I might require during this period.

Alina care provided a bridge to allow mum to stay home before she needed 24/7 support in a residential dementia care home and as a family we are grateful and would recommend Alina care.

We found Alina to be an excellent home care provider where all the carers were friendly and helpful throughout the period of care. They were usually able to accommodate times that suited my parents as well.

Alina provided care for our mom from February 2024 until June 2025. They were also there to support our dad. All of the carers were professional in their approach but also kind, caring and supportive of Moms needs. She enjoyed the friendly chats whilst the carers were looking after her. Unfortunately Mom has had to go into long term care as her needs changed but without the input from Alina I'm sure this would have happened earlier. I would not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend their services.

Alina Care were first class with their care package for my mother. The staff were not only efficient in all areas but were also friendly and always went the 'extra mile' when needed. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alina Care to anyone. The only reason we stopped using Alina Care was that my mother became too ill to be cared for any longer at home.

Alina Home care Bromsgrove have been brilliant we started with them in February/March 25 with just a couple of visits a week to start with and this then developed into 4 times a day in line with mums needs, they accommodated visits around her needs with efficiency and dignity from the admin office down to the carers themselves and I must say the carers that have come in to help mum have been a credit to the company they have gone above and beyond in caring for mum and this has been very much appreciated. They have taken the time to have a chat whilst also caring to her needs. The app that they use also gives you the opportunity to see what is happening on that day, so you are always kept up to date. If you are looking for a care company, I would fully recommend Alina Home Care.

I felt they went the extra mile, always willing to make any changes to the plan we had asked for. I would recommend these caregivers.

My Mum needed some support from September 2024 until she went into a care home in November 2024. I called Alina Homecare in Bromsgrove as they were local and I had seen some very good reviews. From the start of the process of setting up the care package, the lady was exceptional. Mum was very resistant to having any support in the first instance but she was very patient and kind, explaining everything clearly and answering questions. The aim was to enable Mum to stay in her home as long as possible. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before we did need to move her. During the couple of months Alina was supporting, we had to change the care plan quickly with no notice and they did this with efficiency and understanding. All the care staff were lovely and Mum enjoyed having them visit after only a couple of days. I would not hesitate to recommend Alina Homecare Bromsgrove to anyone whose elderly relative needs home support.

Can't praise this company enough. The carers are fantastic always going above and beyond what's required. They look after my dad and visit him twice a day and help with his care but more than that, they chat with him like a friend and not a client. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for home help.

After Mum had been discharged from the hospital she needed help at home, we made an appointment with Alina who came out to visit Mum in her home almost immediately. She often gets the same carer enabling her to build up a relationship and recognition. We have needed to change visits on a few occasions and Alina has always been supportive of this. I would recommend it to others.

Alina Homecare was very responsive and put together a care package for us at short notice. Their representatives were caring, kind, and professional. We were happy with the care they provided for our parents.

They have staff available to advise you and help with any queries that may occur even after hours.

Alina Homecare looked after my mother after she was discharged from hospital after a fall. Mother broke her femur and needed care help at home as she did not regain the mobility she previously had. Alina helped with getting her up, personal care, meal preparation during the day and putting her to bed in the evening. They also helped with personal hygiene and medication. The carers are very friendly and Mum always looked forward to seeing them for a friendly chat in addition to their duties. The Alina managers were very good at keeping myself and my brother informed of any issues arising, and indeed helped manage problems as we ourselves were over an hour away. So picking up emergency prescriptions and small tasks like that were much appreciated. They also kept an eye on my father casting a caring eye over him even though he was not their charge, and letting me know of any issues with him. Alina were with Mum right to the end and I can't thank them enough for their care and compassion.

I would like to thank the staff who came to care for Mom in the most professional and caring manner. They should be very proud of how they conduct themselves. She appreciates everything you do for her.

As a family, we would recommend Alina to anyone.
