We are happy and comfortable with our carers. They carry out the tasks we have asked them to do, at the same time as being friendly and chatty. We like the process of 'openness' so we can be kept informed.
Many thanks for your valued feedback, very pleased to read you're happy with the service. Regarding your last comment, I think you're referring to open pass, the family app side of the PASSsystem, our digital Care Plan management platform, which gives approved relatives, friends and advocates...
Pleased with the service.
Thank you for taking the time to review us, much appreciated.
Mums care has been excellent throughout - she has had several carers visiting, and all have been thorough, respectful, but friendly. Reasons have been given when carers have not been able to attend, and alternatives have been introduced.
Thank you for taking time to pen this review, much appreciated. Very happy to read you've been satisfied with the service.
Bluebird carers all like talking to patients.
Good in some way so I can see someone is coming in daily. Should have clean flat and bathroom on a daily basis. Now it seems like I don't have a carer daily. At present I can see laundry bag is full, the floor is dirty so carer should have looked at this. Since I have not had a shower for the last 3 days now due to bathroom repairs so carer should have focussed on different things like sweeping floor, cleaning the toilet, change bed liner, clean dirty
Thank you for your feedback. While you do have visits Mon-Fri, it seems housework has only been requested on certain days, though we acknowledge that on the days on which it is carried out, it is not being done to a high enough standard. We apologise and will be in touch to discuss how we can make...
Staff are friendly and carry out their duties professionally and pleasantly. They are reliable and can be depended on.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We're pleased to hear you're happy with the service we've provided.
The staff are generally very helpful and caring. The carers are patient and understanding of my difficulties. They mostly arrive punctually - this only doesn't happen because of circumstances beyond their control e.g. traffic problems. The organisation is reliable and professional.
I have been very impressed by the care and support I have recently had form Bluebird. Care was professional and met my needs, which were pretty straightforward. Carers were friendly and punctual and did everything I needed them to do. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if I needed to.

Meet the Team (8)
I’ve worked in the Sector for more than 20 years, having learned the basic skills in a family context. My role is to introduce new customers to our service: to prepare the detailed brief of customer care that our care teams follow: to ensure that our teams work according to the plan, and most importantly, that our customers are happy with the outcome. I love working with committed carers and being part of a busy care office.
I’ve worked in care for over 30 years, starting in residential and nursing homes before moving into hospital and community roles. Supporting people to feel safe, valued and comfortable has always been at the heart of what I do. As Manager of Operations, I now lead and support our teams to deliver high-quality care. I focus on helping people grow in confidence while maintaining strong standards around safety and compliance. I’m proud to be part of Bluebird Care, where people are truly valued. For me, care has always been more than a job - it’s a lifelong commitment to supporting others.
I am excited to have joined Bluebird Care at the start of this year. I bring over 15 years of experience working with families in the education sector, along with a strong passion for care shaped by personal family experiences. I understand how important the right support is and look forward to using my experience to work closely with customers and their families, ensuring high-quality, individualised care. I am passionate about making people smile, and I believe my empathy and compassion help others feel valued and supported. The team here is incredibly friendly, and I am proud to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference.
My journey in the Care Sector began in 2018 when I joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant without prior experience. I’ve since gained advanced care qualifications thanks to the support and opportunities offered at the company. My role is to welcome new customers and to help them adjust to a new life with home care. I also mentor our care assistants to deliver care that matches the highest standards. I love being part of a focused, supportive team and take pride in the difference we make to the lives of our vulnerable customers through a compassionate and reliable care service.
I joined Bluebird Care in 2023 as a Care Assistant and was selected to join the office team as a care supervisor. My role is to support the Supervisors in ensuring that our customers receive personalised, high-quality care while supporting and developing our care team. I enjoy the balance of office-based work and time in the field, where I can build strong relationships with customers and care staff. It’s very satisfying to see how customers benefit from our care and hard work.
I was raised by my grandparents, who taught me patience, kindness, and respect. After losing my grandma, I wanted to carry those values into my work. I support our customers by getting to know them, understanding their needs, and helping them stay independent at home. I also support our care professionals so they feel confident and valued. Being part of the Bluebird Care team means a lot to me. We share the same values and work together to make a real difference every day.
I’ve worked in the care sector for several years, and I’ve grown to truly value the impact this work has on people’s lives. My role involves working closely with our customers and supervisors and using our state-of-the-art systems to ensure that our care assistants go where they’re needed at the times they’re expected. As care needs can change quickly, I have to stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively with all parties to manage last-minute changes. It’s an important and demanding role—and one I really enjoy.
My responsibility is to support carers during placements through regular supervision, ensuring the well-being of both customers and carers. Having been a carer myself, I understand the challenges they face and take pride in providing a strong support network for our lone workers. I enjoy the variety and pace of the role, meeting incredible people, and working for a company that truly cares for both its customers and carers.
