Sarah and her team from the High Wycombe & Slough branch have been excellent- kind, caring and very professional.
Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and they regularly make positive suggestions to improve the situation.
The automatic notes and weekly schedules are also very useful.

The Bluebird office stays in touch and we have access online to the schedule of care visits and the carers who will carry them out and also access to the daily notes they report on their visits.

Throughout the four years I could always trust that Bluebird carers would be reliable, trustworthy and caring. The office staff were always responsive and informed me of any concerns or changes. We could discuss any issues and look for a way forward. It was challenging looking after someone in the late stages of dementia, especially for the live in carers, but they always showed such patience and kindness, often in difficult circumstances.

Bluebird Care have provided an excellent service with care visits, and then live-in care, for our 96-year old mother. We would highly recommend them. The carers have been efficient, caring, and a pleasure for Mum and close members of her family to deal with. They have been responsive to her requests, and have good practical experience.
The supervisory team have been extremely efficient, and quick to respond to ad hoc requests for care changes and visit times for example. The systems work really well - the carers complete notes online after visits which are invaluable for keeping close family up to date with any issues.

My dad had a stroke in January 2024 and came home from hospital in March 2024 with extremely complex needs. Bluebird were brilliant right from the initial meeting, the carers were so kind and considerate, not only to my dad, but to the whole family. They looked after him so well for just over a year until he sadly passed away in April. My dad was treated with care and dignity at all times. The Office Staff were really supportive to us all and helped us get through this difficult year. We are extremely grateful to Bluebird Care and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I came home after fracturing my femur so had impaired mobility. I needed help with anything that demanded bending down ie shoes, socks, putting out rubbish, making beds, feeding the cat etc. The carers have been excellent, efficient, friendly and caring.I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care.

Hope you will review the need to charge for appointment unless a month's notice is given to cancel. Still feel this is excessive, especially on death or emergency admission to hospital, A&E etc.

We have been using Bluebird Care for over six weeks now and have nothing but praise and gratitude for the wonderful care, kindness and thoughtfulness we have received.
All the carers have been absolutely delightful. We are advised a week in advance as to who will be attending - if there are any changes, we are informed. The times the carers will arrive are always honoured which we have found most helpful; again, if there are to be any changes, we are informed and consulted.
Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Company.
