Home Instead are an efficient and caring agency who put the needs of their clients first. All caregivers (of which mum has 6) are all extremely professional and very well trained. They provide the very best of personal care and companionship for my mother which allows her to enjoy life safely in her own home. Carers cook meals with mum, play games, take walks and go out for trips locally. In spite of advanced dementia mum has an excellent quality of life thanks to Home Instead.

We have had caregivers from Home Instead come in to see mum for almost two years. They are very professional and caring ladies who mum looks forward to see twice a day. Any problems are always resolved as soon as possible and there is always someone at the other end of the telephone.

My mum has advanced dementia and we had Home Instead come in everyday. The staff are great, respectful, good at their job and trustworthy in the home. Always available when we needed extra care and helped care for mum on occasions when an ambulance had to be called.
The down side is...
My mum has advanced dementia and we had Home Instead come in everyday. The staff are great, respectful, good at their job and trustworthy in the home. Always available when we needed extra care and helped care for mum on occasions when an ambulance had to be called.
The down side is unfortunately they do not do visits of less than an hour.
