My Mother- in- law has ben a client for 12 years. During this time she has been really well supported and 2 of the Care Givers have become valued friends. At first, she needed companionship, help with cleaning and support with shopping, but lately her needs have increased and she has required much more support with daily tasks. The Care Givers have been patient, kind and respectful. The office staff have always been really helpful and have worked very hard to accommodate her increasing needs. At all times, we have felt involved and listened to and the app makes it really easy to access information. My Mother-in-Law is now at the stage where she needs to go into a Care Home, but the staff at Home Instead have allowed her to stay in her home for as long as possible. As a family, we are very grateful to Home Instead for their support and care. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been so impressed by the team put together by Home Instead to support my mum-in-law. They are friendly, kind and supportive, treating her with respect and interest and she has been really won over by them, looking forward to their visits. Staff on the phone in the office have also been lovely. Communication by phone and information received through the app and email mean we are able to feel confident that my mum-in-law is doing well even when we are away. Thank you so much to the team.

Home Instead have just started to care for my Mum. We are super pleased with the service and we get an update every day from the carer so that we know Mum is OK. Home Instead came out right at the top of the list when I did some research into who would offer Mum the best care and I don't regret my decision at all. Thank you very much for all your hard work. I was concerned that my mum would not let carers into her long-standing home, but they won her over, treating her with dignity, respect & as an equal. They quickly established how to gain her trust, and my mum continues to enjoy their company and friendship as they administer her medication and cook her lunch.

Home Instead have been caring for my parents for over two years. They have enabled my parents to stay at home with three visits daily. The carers are excellent and very patient, and help with medication, meals, washing etc. Recently when my mother was very ill, they worked hard to ensure that we had temporary night-time cover too, at very short notice.

Home Instead have been excellent throughout. Staff are compassionate and caring, very well trained, and so patient, content. Very good communication from the office, and sharing updates regarding changing care needs. Good supervision noted, excellent, timely record keeping, which is fully accessible to us.

I would highly recommend the carers from Home Instead, they have been excellent with my mother in law. She was initially reluctant to accept any help from anyone, but the care team have worked hard to gain her trust and build good relationships. My mother in law has a diagnosis of Alzheimer's and support is needed with taking her medication and meals, she also needs assistance with shopping and being accompanied on short walks. The support Home Instead have provided has enabled her to remain living at home and given her much needed companionship. The App is excellent at letting us know how each visit has gone. Thank you.

I cannot fault the care given to my Mother and am very grateful for all that the care professionals and other members of the Home Instead team did. Staff were always patient, caring and attentive to Mum's needs. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. Similarly 'back room' staff were always polite and helpful when ever I had cause to contact the office.

I was hoping for carers who had more experience with late-stage Alzheimers. The process of getting a third carer to cover the live-in carers' sickness or holidays has not been good. A supply carer was sent who was not well. I needed extra help in getting the care plan updated. I acknowledge that time was limited but any suggestion to help, for example, postponing a meeting were not accepted. The work was done but I was left in no doubt it had caused inconvenience. A visit from a trainer where there are obvious discrepancies have not shown any improvement.

As a new user of Home Instead care professionals, I am pleased with the help and support I have received. Their friendliness makes each visit something to look forward to.

I would highly recommend Home Instead they were excellent with my mum. Mum needed support with her personal care and companionship. Although it was for a short time because mum has now gone into a care home the whole company were amazing. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, kind and supportive. The App was excellent at letting us know how mums visit had gone. A special mention to one member of staff who mum really became attached to, as they sang and danced together bringing her such joy. I live and work in London and was experiencing considerable stress trying to manage my mum's care. Fortunately, I found Home Instead following a recommendation from my mum's clinic in Felixstowe. The management team and care givers are exceptional, well organised and very supportive. Before the start of the contractual agreement, a senior manager and the proposed caregiving team spent an afternoon with Mum so that she could get to know them and feel comfortable which was extremely reassuring and a great experience for Mum and I. The team update me on any care issues and the App allows me to view details of each visit. But most of all my mum is happy and enjoys great companionship and care. This matters so much as she was married for 56 years and struggled after we lost Dad. Even Mum's neighbours are impressed and have met the care team. All of this means I can better manage my working life without added stress and worry. I highly recommend Home Instead. Thank you.

I have found the company efficient, helpful and friendly both at management and carer levels.

All the staff obviously care and have experience with people with dementia. The management have been responsive too and were able to set up the service quickly in a, for us, urgent situation. There have been some small niggles like where the invoice gets posted to, but these have been dealt with quickly.

Very thorough, proffessional and appropriate. Listened well. Open to ideas and suggestions, supportive, and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to.

The office staff are always helpful and very good at keeping us updated with any changes to her visits and accommodating to her preferences.
