The care and attention we have received has been excellent. Staff have responded very promptly when we needed care in an emergency situation.
The two care givers that I have are lovely and very efficient. They do everything I need.
Only recently started with Home Instead but up to now happy with staff. They are very cheerful. Everything is going well.

Home Instead are very supportive in caring for people. They have looked after my grandmother really well. I would say if you want top rated home care go to Home Instead you won't be disappointed.
Extremely caring and competent. Always on time. Polite. "Goes the extra mile" without being asked. Manager keeps in contact with family. Have no problems leaving them in the home alone. After a recent stay in hospital staff appreciated the manager coming into ward to liaise with aftercare. Have recommended this service to other families willingly.

We have been so impressed with the quality of service Home Instead Senior Care Edgbaston have consistently provided over the last 18 months. The staff are consistently very professional and skilled but also compassionate and caring. In the last few months since my mother's death, they have been extremely supportive of dad and us as we come to terms with our loss. I cannot commend them highly enough.

We called Home Instead when my husband needed help with personal care in the mornings. At first; 3 mornings by 1 carer, then 5 mornings by 1 carer, and eventually Sundays with 2 carers alternating.
The care my husband received could not have been better as everyone was so dedicated yet respectful of his needs and wishes.
The office let us down on several occasions, as phone messages were not passed on and decisions as to who was carrying out bank holiday duties were left to the last minute.

We have found the service to be responsive and flexible. The carers have been professional and considerate.

I am notified by email whenever I request extra care with details of who will be coming etc. Any changes that I request are actioned promptly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I have only this last couple of week become a client and am just getting acquainted, I feel safe and cared for once, at last. It is 13 years ago, when my illness began. I had a heart attack and it was found my heart was seriously damaged, so they could not operate. So I have had to slow down and take things easy, I've had help in the past but what you offer is excellent. I've got a very kind and pleasant lady now, who will see me every week, to do any household task and go shopping etc. No more lonely months. Thank you.
Contact with the office is good. Phone calls are returned and matters desalt with promptly. Housing a review with a senior member of the team is most helpful.
