I cannot emphasise enough the outstanding service. The carer that was allocated to me was perfectly placed to fit my needs, personality and requirements, which was done seamlessly by the care coordinator.
The care coordinator was profoundly professional, compassionate and explained everything.

The carer I have is excellent, she anticipates my needs and feels like family and of course, this is the teamwork of the coordinator and carer.

Our carer provides an excellent service and always treats mum with kindness and respect. She has gone over and above the call of duty many times including staying with mum when she was feeling unwell until I could get home. Mum loves her visits and enjoys the company and laughter.

We have both evening and morning call. Staff are always on time and have dad's needs very much in the forefront and have developed a really positive relationship with him. I have recommended Home Instead Senior Care (Edgbaston) to a number of friends who have elderly relatives with needs.
