The carers and management are very understanding of his needs and are respectful regarding his dignity. We find Prados to be very professional and always willing to help.

This company went over and above with regard to care for my mother and she and I have nothing but praise for their help in returning my mum's health back to what it was and in some areas better than it was before the incident that caused this situation.

Prados visit my mother on a daily basis. They check her blood pressure and help her maintain her health as she is diabetic. My mother needs to be checked on as has suffered a few falls in the past and although she is living in sheltered accommodation, there is not a warden on site 24 hours of the day. Having the reassurance that someone can visit her and check in is such is a great relief.

At any time that I have spoken to any of the staff, they are always helpful and friendly. The clients that I know that they have, are all happy with what they do for them. All the work is well done and in a caring way.
