Overall Experience

My sister has been with them for a few years now and she is very very well looked after and is very happy there. The staff go over and above what is required when caring for all their clients. When my sister was in hospital recently with an infection, the staff visited her every day, often after they had finished work, thus in their own time. If is fair to say that the staff and clients regard themselves as one big family and they get along very very well.

The house my sister lives in is always in excellent condition and safe. They always maintain a safe ratio of staff to members with good safety margins. Thank you for looking after my sister so well.

Overall Experience

My daughter was taken good care of. The staff were very caring and supportive. I was comfortable leaving her there.

She was going away from home for the first time and I was very apprehensive about sending her away but the staff took very good care of her.

I would recommend this accommodation to all my friends.

Overall Experience

My uncle has been here a few years now and he is very happy! Everybody who works here is caring, genuine, welcoming, organised, happy and very supportive.

My uncle has particular needs and ways, he went through a big traumatic change however after settling in he has come such a long way with Homecare.

He go's on regular outings, whilst still given his own independence, he has even joined a dance club once a week. There are lots of opportunities available!

His confidence has grown and is happy! He is listened to and we'll taken care of, cannot be happier he is happy. The house is always very clean and tidy with a lovely big back garden. Thank you so much home care for all you do and continue to do!

Very happy with my brother's home and more than happy with the staff. I find them 100% professional. It definitely gives myself and my family comfort and peace of mind that my brother is looked after and, more to the point, he’s very happy. Well done all.

Overall Experience
My adult son has resided at a Direct Care Services property for the last few years. He is happy and content with his accommodation and has a good relationship with the staff employed to care for him.
I regularly attend the address to take him out, as does one of my other sons, and have never had any issues with his personal cleanliness, or that of his room and surroundings.

Other than the understandable and obvious Covid restrictions, there are no issues with taking him out and/or returning him later in the day, which we do most Saturdays for football/cricket, which provides him with much needed external social interaction.

I am satisfied with the service. I am getting regular updates on how my daughter is doing and often I get a phone call or email which is additional. Most important is that my daughter considers this place her home and is satisfied.

Overall Experience

Very happy with my brothers care. Lovely care given. My brother is always kept clean and happy. Good food. The staff take him out to his clubs and he enjoys going to parties etc. Great care is also given with his medication. General health much improved since he has been with Direct Care and Support Services.

Overall Experience

Direct Care and Support Services provide excellent care for my sister. They take great care of all her needs. Making medical/doctors appointments when required, and taking her. Dietary requirements, arranging dental and chiropody appointments and ensuring medication prescriptions are reordered on time. The management and staff are very caring, and I am always greeted well when I visit, no need to call beforehand as I can go anytime. My sister thoroughly enjoys her activities and holidays. She is happy, which to me is very important. It is a small house like a family unit.

Overall Experience

This was my first experience with Direct Care. Initially, I was very worried and concerned about their care but over the four years, I've seen a fantastic improvement in their service. They immediately address and implement any concerns, they provide fantastic service and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Overall I'm very pleased with their customer service.

My stepdaughter has been a client of Direct Care for nearly 4 years. She lives in a flat in Sutton with 24 hour care. My family and myself have been greatly impressed with the high standard of care given to her which has resulted in her health and general well being improved. I am always welcomed when visiting and am regularly consulted and informed by the care staff regarding any ongoing issues.

Overall Experience

They provide care for my daughter who is severely handicapped and unable to do anything for herself. They are cheerful and consistent, completing their tasks to a high standard. She has a small 'core' of personnel who know her needs well so she always has someone who knows her.
